The boy who took our order was rude and had no knowledge of the menu. I ordered two cold brews and they had roughly half of an inch of just coffee grounds at the bottom and the coffee was extremely bitter. The boy didn’t tell us the price and we had to check the little box on the outside of the window to figure out how much it was. And when we asked him to give us a moment at the drive thru, he repeatedly was raising his voice asking us to tell him what we wanted. The last time we came to this location, we got two large cold brews and were charged for them but were given a small and medium and the girl we spoke to would not remake our drinks and also did not know how to refund the money. I've ordered from here 3 times. First time was a total disaster. My coffee was just straight milk and sugar, which I didnt even ask for sugar to begin with. Didnt have any flavor to it. I went thru the drive thru again, a friend of mine spoke up, and Scott, the manager, remade me the drink, the correct way, and it was fabulous. So I had a little bit of faith left, I tried again this morning, and once again, my coffee was awful. I know one customer wont make or break the company, but it's sad that the kids working there are just slap happy, and obviously dont care or didnt pay attention...

We arrived at 9:35 the sign on the door said they closed at 10:00. Upon entering they told use could not order and we had to use the drive thru we quickly used the bathroom ,and they stared at us the whole time while we waited and made us feel uncomfortable and repeatedly reminded us that we couldn't purchase anything from inside the lobby, so we went to our car and went thru the drive thru we were not allowed to order any freshly made food, the donut selection was close to non and when our coffees came out they were made wrong.Would highly recommend another...
