Husson's Pizza - Teays Valley — Restaurant in West Virginia

I called and asked for the specials. Ask for a holiday special which was a large pizza breadsticks and wings and a two liter and they said it would be about an hour because they were running behind which I accepted. Over an hour later I called to make sure that it was on its way because my children and I were getting hungry and not only had it not left the store yet but they only had me down for a large pizza no special. Then that manager proceeded to tell me that it was an hour and a half delivery when I called and when I said I was told an hour she said I cannot baby-sit everyone that answers the phone! I told her that everyone that answers that phone represents that business and as a manager she is required to make sure that everyone is on point and understands the directive at that point in time. It's called management! Not only was it almost 2 hours before I got my order I received no compensating discount at this time or for the future. I paid almost $40. Besides the pizza being good the breadsticks for overcooked and the wings were undercooked and slimy. But I saw no point and calling back to complain because they don't help the customers anyway. I highly advise that you take your business to a competitor that has far lower prices and company policy that ensures some kind of compensation for...

For the first time, my husband and I decided to have a heart-shaped pizza for Valentine's Day. Knowing how busy of a day this would be, he called yesterday (over 24-hours in advance). He paid with his card and set the pick-up time. When he arrived today to pick it up, he was told his ticket had been misplaced and they had put our order in for a different time. Not only did we not get a discount for their mistake, they didn't even apologize. Once he finally got the pizza, he told the owner that he thought he deserved some free dessert for their mistake. She laughed at him and then gave him 4 Reese's hearts that they were giving to everyone. So, needless to say, they almost forgot to give him something else. We will never do this again. Quite frankly, no more Husson's for our work staff...

Having good memories of this pizza 30 years ago, I wanted to try it again! Mistake!!! MED pizza and steak sub both were a severe disappointment, to say the least! All ingredients were slim to none and nothing tasted fresh at all! I don't have cash to waste but it was a waste that night! Great Old time Hussons lost all its appeal in Scott Depot.... example wilted lettuce small sliver of tomato watered down mayo shaved meat...not really chewable or sure it was steak. Pizza no better. If I didn't live in Hurricane I would have brought it all back. Is it a supply issue or are we expected to eat sub par food and...
