I’ve never had such a problem with a Starbucks location having so many inventory and ordering issues. You can contact support for their corporate side and they think a credit smooths everything over when there are no steps being taken to correct a clear and obvious issue with the ordering & fulfillment of orders. On multiple occasions, I have been given the wrong food item that I’ve ordered and the response when I’ve called the store is along the lines of “Well, sorry, oops.” A few times here and there is understandable and going to happen, but not as often as it happens at this location. There is a CLEAR management problem with this location as complaints/concerns are not ever actually addressed and/or corrected. I'm clearly not the only customer who has had complaints recently, and the way complaints are handled is atrocious as it is a very generic response that you get from corporate. I'm sure the store manager has tried to reach out to me, but I have absolutely no reason to call them back as I will no longer be visiting this location unless it is to get my free sandwich that I'm owed due to them being out (mind you, that I cannot get because they are always out of it and NEVER prep enough). Ordering forecasts are a thing for a reason, and I highly suggest this store start using it to its full capability instead of just guessing at how many of certain items they might need during the day. Clearly, they are not paying attention to anything on the managerial side or things would have been...
Read moreI'll temper this one a bit because I visit regularly and it's usually okay, but this last time was particularly bad. I walked in to music absolutely blaring from a bluetooth speaker on the counter...so loud that customers couldn't hear their names being called when drinks were placed on the counter. The barista who took my order was very flippant. I ordered a cup of black coffee. She never took my name, which was not a big deal at first (I figured it was a very simple order and wouldn't cause any issues), then just stated the cost. I literally waited for 9 minutes (I know this because I texted my daughter right after placing my order and glanced at the timestamp of the text) - I probably shouldn't have waited that long, but I was REALLY trying to be nice. When I approached the barista, she looked at me like she'd never seen me before in her life. I stated that I'd ordered the tall coffee and was still waiting. She mumbled something (I couldn't hear, because of the aforementioned blaring music) and pointed to the edge of the counter where I'd been waiting. I just said, "Yeah, I've been waiting a long time." She poured the coffee and took it to the counter, just plopping it down without a word. I loudly thanked her. The entire place was chaotic. Even the customers there were making faces at each other. I don't know how it is on a daily basis, but they really could have used some professional leadership during...

This is now just careless. Mobile orders couldn't be that complicated to fill.
Mine was placed 15 minutes ago and was to be ready in 5-11 minutes. You have plenty of people working. In fact one was just standing there and argued with me TWICE that I hadn't submitted an online order. THEN she found it. But no apologies for being wrong or rude. Whatever.
I stood there, appalled, and began this review.
Why would I make this up? Do I look like I'm trying to score some free coffee? Also, I only ordered an iced coffee with a couple of shots. Didn't order a frappuccino made from the essence of some endangered animal and unicorn mane clippings.
An insincere apology was made when thrusting the poorly prepared drink in my general direction.
I would've rated them 1 star, but from this experience, this Starbucks is usually super kind, helpful, and prepares tasty drinks and food. I don't wanna mar the whole joint for one snotty undergrad. Unfortunately, their new "barista" lacks in training and manners. Do better, please, ma'am - you won't be young and...
