Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Virginia

I pulled to the drive thru and after 5 minutes in line I decided to go in. While waiting for 10 plus minutes to place a 20dollar order. I see the dining room is full of customers i assume the restuartant is busy because it is good. I had no idea that they were waiting also... I only found out after i ordered.... in the 40 minutes of waiting i saw 15 orders returned, employees clocking out (i guess they felt it was the best time to leave their cohorts), and a line of cars outside that i would have been stuck in, seemed to not move(because it didnt). I thought of asking for a refund around the 15 minute mark but i decided to be patient. There were many customers having issues in that 40 minutes. I wanted to warn people coming in but loud cell phone users did it for me. So i just sat back and watched the chaos. When leaving i saw a mother and some kids going in... i stopped her and told her about my wait time she thanked. My one good deed of the day and i left. The tacos and burritos were not orgasmic. So synopsis: go to the store, talk to the butcher to grind meat you hand selected, find all your condiments, go to the slowest teller and bagger, with the most people in line with filled carts ahead of you, go home make tacos. And they will be better and faster then going to this taco bell....

Says it closes at 4 but the heavy breathing must have meant they were to busy to serve food at 255am and refuse to make simple tacos other taco bells told me were doable like a double decker but having to pay for extras. This place is pathetic and needs new workers or just closed down

Ordered some food for me and my family and it wasent horrible. My daughter enjoyed her tacos and my fiance had one that was ok to eat. I however ate a burrito and within 30 mins was home throwing up god knows what you put in it. I've eaten out alot in my day but never have I had horrible stomach problems from food like this. I wont be back and hopefully I start to feel better soon. Came back 10 months later to try again hoping for a decent taco and paid extra for my filling. Turns out when you pay for extra beef its just a rice taco and pretty much nothing else, kinda crazy i can't even get beef when I pay extra in my beef burrito smh. This has to be hands down the worst taco bell in the region, one guy couldn't find stickers in front of his face and now I know your extra toppings is a scam meant to steal from customers. Ordered 4 burrito beef things and the amount of rice they give...

This is the 1 we always go to when on our way to the Cross Lanes Walmart. I have to say that this time they weren't very busy so the wait was not long & all the food was right! The dining area was pretty clean & it was easy to find a table. The only thing that could have been cleaner was the drink stand but I have noticed that seems to be the way all the restaurants with do it yourself drink stands are! The employee who waited on us was very friendly & courteous & even helpful. She went out of her way to make sure our food was right. My only complaint is that the proportion of meat & cheese & sometimes tomato is very small but the lettuce level is always very high! Their prices are competitive & about the same as anywhere else.
