my boyfriend and i walked in and one of the two men working immediately insulted my boyfriends car, bad start. he was in the middle of making my sandwich when another customer walks in complaining that they came through and his wife’s flatbread was not toasted. after he toasted the flatbread, and the man has left, the two workers proceeded to talk poorly about them and say they never asked for it to be toasted blah blah blah, they also were swearing behind the counter lol. i wish i were finished. lastly, the worker making my sub, asked what i wanted topping wise, he forgot the jalapeños so i mentioned it to him and he says “you didn’t mention that earlier” to which i replied “well it comes on the sub so” overall, terrible customer service and experience. only reason i’m giving two stars is because the actual...

So I went in today at this location and was warmly welcomed by a man named Steven. He then asked me what I would like. I stated that I would be getting 2 subs but I wasn't sure what I wanted on both. Steven then made a recommendation on the Smoked Brisket for my self and a cold cut I would be taking home. Steven was very quick and accurate with my order and even suggested chips and a drink to complement my order. I kindly declined. Then when I was adding toppings I was being helped by Brooklyn she was very kind and polite and did an excellent job on putting the right amount of each item I requested. After that was finished I was greeted by Steven once again where he processed my order and gave a sincere good by and they looked forward to seeing us once again in the store.

Made an online order on the subway app today for lunch, ordered my husband a sub and myself a sub with 2 cookies and a water. Well my friend went and picked it up but when she got there they gave our subs to someone else!
