Ollie's Sports Bar & Grille/VIP Lounge — Restaurant in West Virginia

Good place to eat and watch a few games. They have one of the better selections of beers on tap in the area and switch them around a good bit so, if you like to try different beers that's nice. The full bar is also pretty nice; Im not much of a mixed drink person so can't comment on that.

I personally think this place has the best burgers in martinsburg so thats what I always get when I go. They're a good size, and nice and juicy. They have a steak night people rave about as well, so if you're a steak person it would be worth checking out; they get a pretty good crowd for that. Only negative thing i can say is their service can be a bit slow so you might have to be a little patient.

One thing i love about this place is the live music on weekends. I love to hear the different people and styles! Yesterdays was a great funky band called Slamdunk. They added a patio last year and thats awesome on a nice warm night. Anyways, hope this...

They allowed a customer to place a doordash order knowing that they had not done doordash since last week. When I arrived asking about the order, the lady told me it wasn't ready yet. I sat there for 25 minutes waiting on this food to get finished. I asked her again what the ETA was on the order. She proceeded to tell me that they paused their doordash orders last Thursday and were not making the food even though it was already paid for... knowing that's why I was there. In the end...they wasted my time, and wasted the customer's money when they could have made the order since they already had it, the order was already paid for and the delivery driver was there and ready to deliver the order. It was my first time at Ollies and it was definitely a poor experience for me. Other than that, there's a lot of nice slot machines...

Food and drinks were great!

The one bartender needs a serious attitude adjustment! Granted on a Saturday night, when a large group comes in I could automatically sense a hostility in how she reacted with her customers. She even called the bouncer up to tell him they were “being rude” maybe 10 minutes after their arrival. I had not noticed any rude or bad behavior, and I’m quite situationally aware. You could just sense an unwarranted tension between her and this group of professionals.

When someone has a job in customer service and gets frustrated / angry to the point that this person did, it’s unacceptable. Had I been there by myself, I would have not stayed nearly as long as I did.
