McDonald's — Restaurant in West Whiteland Township

The employees at this location are miserable and it shows in everything the do, from customer interactions to food prep. I went through the drive through and got a large mcnugget meal, asking for "a lot of ketchup packets but no other sauce," and a plain cheeseburger. I'm currently staring at my receipt that says 1 cheeseburger - plain. When I got to the window for pickup, I checked the bag. Sure enough, no ketchup. To the guy who pretty much threw my food at me without a word, I said "can I have some ketchup please?" The dude grabbed about 40, literally couldn't fit them in his hand and held them out with a pro-statis eyeroll. I was taken aback but at the end of the day, he's allowed to hate his job. I just didn't get why he was so nasty towards me. I pulled away and into Miller park around the corner. I set up on a picnic table for my two kids, which was when I realized the burger had everything on it and there was no straw for the drink. We were meeting up with friends, so I didn't go back. Overall, it was just a really unpleasant experience. I'll go to Wawa for an overpriced burger and some chicken tenders next time. At least they're friendly and...

I haven't been inside a McDonald's since the "Pandemic" began. So nearly two years. It was always drive-thru. But my granddaughter and I wanted to go back to this place we shared many fun memories. There were so many changes. You do your own ordering on a large screen and take a number to your seat. That was different, but figured it out with ease. They added a bunch of new items: like chicken sandwiches and bakery goods, and 20 different types of lattes.. The chicken sandwich was actually really good. However, the biggest bummer was the play area is closed off completely. I don't support this. Children should still be able to play through all of this, but it's clear how divided everyone is. So sad for the kids. Also, there is very limited seating as every other table is blocked off. Whereas, most restaurants we go to every table is open. Yet the place is spotless-very clean. If we go back, it will be through the drive-thru as to not disappoint our Little One again, who just kept peering into the window of the play area and she couldn't get the automatic...

Do not come to this McDonald’s they scam you by making you pay more money. You order one item off the menu and instead of putting that as your order, they pick a higher priced item and remove whatever you did not want, but you still pay for the higher price item instead of the item that you actually wanted on the menu and then they say that that item does not exist but when you go to other locations they correctly put that item that you ordered on your receipt, but this location chooses a higher priced item removes ingredients and charges you for that price of the higher item. Make sure you check when you order because you might be overpaying for items. It may only be a dollar or two but if they do this for everyone or multiple orders a day they are stealing lots of money from people. When you advise the cashier that they put the wrong item and that the price is actually something else they say the item doesn’t exist and that is the correct item. I can only imagine how much money they have cheated out of people...
