Wow. Is all I can say! Brian is fantastic!! Story time: I went mattress shopping for the first time ever and I started this endeavor at another store in town. I had a horrible experience with the salesman there, who got angry with me for not purchasing a mattress immediately. I told him it was my day looking and wanted to take my time, but he wouldn't stop following me around saying he hopes he gets credit for my purchase if I decide to comeback another day. They didn't have the mattress in store that I wanted to try so I really wanted to go find it elsewhere to test it! I did not want to blindly buy it, but he kept insisting that I do. It was horrible and I just wanted to go home and be left alone.

But my boyfriend made me stop at one more place on the way home which was this Mattress Warehouse. What a night and day difference! We walked in and were immediately greeted with a kind man that introduced himself as Brian. He was very personable! He immediately brought us out covers to try out mattresses on as a COVID measure (which the other store did not have and made me very uncomfortable and wanting to immediately shower!). He let us take our time testing things out and not being in our faces with pressure to buy. He really understands how to deal with people! We ended up buying a mattress from him that night and spent nearly an hour in there just chatting with him because he was so nice and fun! Our mattress arrived a few days later at our apartment and we having been having the best nights of sleep of our lives since then! (I highly recommend the Nectar bed!!)

We visited Brian Brown at this location two daya ago. It was a rainy afternoon, just perfect for mattress shopping. We had the place to ourselves, and Brian gave us a one-hour master class in sleep technology and healthy rest. He showed us a range of mattresses in our pice range, and gave us a nice long chance to lay on each one, in our preferred sleeping position (sides, for both of us). We also got to try out a mattress matcher that assessed our sleeping shape and needs - very high tech! We learned a lot, and found a mattress that felt SO much better than our ten year old lumpy saggy old high end mattress. All at a good price! But now it gets better. Just two days later, it has been delivered and installed. The new, adjustable base fits perfectly inside our old wood frame, so that was one less expense we had to encounter. I have a pic of the installed mattress on my phone, that I am trying to post here. (One pic has the mattress in Flat position, and the seond pic shows the Zero G position, which is incredibly comfortble nd easy to use. They crew was in and out in less than an hour - fully-operational. Looks great, and operates great - this is gonna revolutionize our sleep - with my current brain cancer treatments, good sleep is a must, and this is just what the oncologist ordered. We have even tried out the cuddle-ability positioning, and it is much improved! We couldn't be happier with the service AND our purchase. Great job by Mattress Warehouse! Now, get yourselves some better signage along Route 100 so people...

I always thought it impossible to have a great buying experience at a mattress store. Well, I was wrong. Brian Brown and modern technology made our visit to Mattress Warehouse in Exton, PA exceptional.

Before anything else, Brian introduced himself and pleasantly asked for our names. Rather than have us start by feeling around in the dark for the "perfect" mattress, Brian showed and explained to us a diagnostic tool that measures point pressure at a variety of key anatomical points (neck, shoulders, knees, etc.) exerted by an individual while laying in their preferred sleeping position and then on their back. The purpose of the diagnostic tool is to match the subject with a short list of mattresses best suited to the subject's specific needs. The diagnostic tool was not just cool science, but proved to be quite accurate in its recommendations.

Once we had made our choice of mattress product, we were surprised to find that Brian didn't apply any pressure to close the sale. Rather, in a conversational tone and without being pedantic, he explained mattress construction, warranties, product availability and delivery, etc. In the absence of pressure to complete the purchase we were able to consider, at a reasonable pace, that which we had learned and experienced. We made our purchase the next day.
