Wendy's — Restaurant in West Whiteland Township

I went to this Wendy's for one reason, and that was to get to small Chili's. Lady in front of me at the counter got a small chili and hers was filled all the way to the top. When was time to fill my to Chili's each container was filled a little bit over half way full. I had to speak up and say come on man what is that? The server reluctantly took the two tops off and filled them up like I should have had in the first place. For what you pay for food at this place, the service should be better and the portions should be bigger. I probably eat it a fast food restaurant once or twice a year. The cost of the food at Wendy's blows my mind after not going there for a long time. While we're on the subject, the chicken sandwiches used to have whole boneless chicken breasts, now that take a knife and slice the breast horizontally and it's now half as thick and you get half as much chicken as you used to for more money. I Used To Love Her boneless breasts chicken sandwiches, the regular and the spicy, but I will not pay that price for a tiny little slice of chicken with just as much breading as there is chicken. The worst burger I ever had in my life it was memorial day they were training an employee which is great but not on a holiday weekend where you have 10 people in line she didn't know how to use the cash register or speak English I ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers a cheeseburger deluxe and a small fry the new girl who was being trained did not understand me so I made it easy two junior bacon cheeseburgers and a small fry I wanted the other burger but the girl already didn't understand my simple order so I stopped from ordering any more food eben though I didn't eat all day the trainer she shouldn't be training on a day where everyone has the day off my burgers were disgusting and cooked a day before the cheese was like plastic they forgot the lettuce the fries were gross this was not worth $10 I threw out the one burger it was so bad I couldn't even eat it I will never go here again it was that bad never train someone how to use a cash register on a holiday weekend and why was my order simple yet they didn't even get that right ? Specifically speaking from this past weekend, I went through the drive-thru and ordered the new saucy nuggets which are basically their normal nuggets shaken in the sauce of your choice. It appears that they add the sauce and nuggets in a small container, shake it up, and then serve you the nuggets in that same container. The saucy nuggets container was at the bottom of the bag with other items on top. When I was handed the bag, it looked all greasy and wet at the bottom (leaking through the bag). It turns out someone didn't close the container with the nuggets in it and it got everywhere. The food at Wendy's is good overall and normal to below average service. This was just one careless incident, and I wouldn't have a problem going here again but maybe go inside rather than in the drive-thru where items just get thrown in a bag...
