This chipotle location has been nothing but one let down after the next. Me and several of my coworkers would order just about every week from this location but after numerous mistakes from online ordering we have decided to stop. When I expressed this to the employees they did not seem to care. After expressing how everytime I order there is a mistake with my meal, the customer associate acknowledged that I order often and offered to remake my meal. After further expressing my frustrations offered me a bogo coupon that was never given to me when we had to go back yet again to pick up a corrected order. I could not even get a meal compted after numerous Inconviences. Tonight I decided to give it another shot and walk in. After waiting 15 minutes in line to order my food, I asked for sofritas and the serving dish was nearly empty. Instead of getting another serving dish I was given a very very small amount of sofritas. I gladly would have waited the extra few moments to have a burrito that was more than rice and beans. To top it off, when I did eat my burrito I found pork mixed in with the sofritas. I understand that things happen especially when it's busy, but to consistently have such a poor experience is unexeptable. I like chipolte because I am a vegetarian and I enjoy the vegetiaran options. That being said, when I receive the meat instead of tofu in my burrito or I find meat mixed in it is very irritating. Before working in the Princeton area I used to go to the location in Mount Laurel and had nothing but great experiences there. That location never put me though the frustration that I experience at the Princeton chipotle. Not to mention the Mount Laurel location gives much better portions for the amount that I am paying. Hopefully someone starts to care a bit more about the customer needs at the Princeton location. They have lost both myself and the location I work for as customers already, I can't imagine that I am only one who feels this way. It is very clear the customers are not a...
Read moreHorrible. As a manager of a restaurant myself, I could say this was a terrible and extremely sad thing to see. No warmth, no culture, no teamwork and no customer service. To me everyone should obsess over the guest ensuring they are the number one priority. No matter where you are in the building. If you are up front on any station, a greeting goes a long way, from anyone. The front is the first impression.
I came in after a long day of work trying to pick up food for my husband and I. There was a man on the grill, a lady on the line, a manager on the take out and only one guest in front of me. Why was it so hard to just say hello? To acknowledge me at all would have been enough for me to stay. I waited, and waited and waited….as the man on grill just stood there and did absolutely nothing to make me feel acknowledged at all. And after waiting over 10 minutes (me being generous) being the only one in line, I decided to leave. Everyone seemed quite ok with that as well, no trying to save the guest, no trying to make a sale for the business, nothing. I wasted my time, and gave them all time to fix it.
This was by far appalling to see. The manager of this location has some serious work to do if they want to be an elite location at all.
That all being said i will not continue my business with this location. I would be embarrassed if I was the manager here. The man on grill can also do himself a favor and maybe make guests feel welcomed at all.
This was on Friday July 11th at 4:45 PM
Hope this reaches everyone, and someone can step up and actually manage a business that cares about their guests. Should probably take this review seriously, I know I would.
Thank you for...
Read moreHadn't been to Chipotle in years, but I had a gift card to use so I decided to drive the 35 minutes to get here. I ordered ahead online. When I got there my food wasn't at the labeled pick-up area, but rather on a random cart towards the front. No prior notice of this. Ok, not ideal but I can get over that in about a second. They were probably gonna bring it over any moment! My rating is about the food itself. My order was 100% wrong. There was so much that I didn't ask for in the bowl despite the fact that the contents were labeled directly on the lid. I was a little annoyed because order accuracy is pretty important right now. I'm not gonna stand around in a crowded resturaunt in a pandemic and search through the bag to open up a bowl. I'm not gonna be that guy. So, I rely on accuracy. Alas, after about an hour of driving (I know, dramatic) I was really excited to sit down and have my food. Nope. I was just trying to brighten up my Wednesday :,( I notice a trend in their reviews of inaccurate orders. This is obviously going to happen sometimes at a place this busy, but at a certain point you need to be more mindful of people with allergies and dietary restrictions. Not to mention the tiny portion of the meat that they did include. People are paying hard-earned money for this stuff and you are having employees dish out a tiny spoonful! I reached out to Chipotle to ask for a refund, and they still haven't gotten back to me over a week later. I guess I'm just gonna have to eat that $10... instead of my bowl. In all seriousness, I realize that this is dramatic. The employees are probably overworked and underpaid. I'm just asking for my order to be correct next...
