Don't spend any money here. Horrible Experience. Mentally ill and useless workers.
I went to see "Mission: Impossible Dead Reckoning" with my family today at 10 AM (they are older), and as we approached the entrance one of the workers immediately looked "off." Caucasian woman, 20-30, ugly, unwashed hair, braces, looks mentally ill. She immediately gets all aggressive about a water bottle my father had before we got our tickets out to scan. My father politely just handed her the bottle so we could go on but she made a face and pouted which was unnecessary.
As the horrible woman is scanning our tickets, my father took the bottle to put it in the trash and that's when the woman freaked out and had a mental breakdown. She screamed "get out, you can't enter" and pointed at the exit. We are surprised by her irrational outburst and ask for a manager to deal with this and the lady shrinks behind another useless employee who is standing there empty handed and claims to be her manager. The employee postures up and acts like he's rescuing her and says we need to "get refunds online."
The employees were so horrible that my family decided just to leave and not deal with them.
Long story short: We drive all the way out to see Tom Cruise and M:I7 and can't even see our movie because of mentally ill lady at the entrance and other useless employee. Never...
Read moreI wanted to write about an incident that happened at your theater yesterday. I brought my kids to watch Despicable Me 4 in theater 3 at the 12.40 showing here in Princeton AMC. We went to our assigned seating and found a woman, a child and an elderly couple sitting in our seats. AMC employee Rob was assigned to assist and help the customer that had taken our seats. While this situation was not ideal I am grateful the AMC Employee Rob stepped in, resolved everything and was able to deescalate the situation in a quick manner. This is about how a human mistake was made and your employee represented the AMC brand with class and how he spoke so gently with the agitated customer. Thru out the interaction the employee continued to show grace, patience and understanding towards the customer and thankful this was resolved before opening credits. Everyone involved was able to sit and enjoy the movie in its entirety without further incident. I will continue to be a customer of this theater as your employees always show their professionalism.Taking care of customers and wanting everyone happy is not an easy job and the employees at AMC Princeton always show their positive ways in how they work as a team. We hope Robs professionalism will be noted in his employee record of how well he represents the brand. Thank you...
Read moreThe theatre is ok, comfortable seats and clean. However, what made the experience horrible was the lack of understanding and customer focus. The theatre is located in the mall, where they have Starbucks couple steps away. We reserved our seats from home and arrived early, our child and I got cold and grabbed hot chocolates from Starbucks just to throw it into the trash. The employee pointed to a policy and said we could not enter with our drinks. I get it, this a policy, but sometimes doing whats right can go a long way. We literally had to throw our hot chocolates into the trash right infront of the employee as the movie was about to get started. Well yes, sir, you won, but lost future customers. You could've said 'Guys, if you didn't know, come on in but promise to come back' or something, but instead you made us feel uncomfortable and our child upset. I didnt even want to check out their food option after that. The explanation that unfortunatley they are located in the mall where there is Starbucks next door doesnt seem reasonable to me. I was not feeling well to complain or ask for a supervisor and respected your policy. I wish you could respect your customers and establish positive relationship with them, since everyone who comes to you are most likely...
