Crumbl — Restaurant in West Windsor

I'm really disappointed in my experience with this store. I recently ordered delivery and got a giant hunk of packaging baked into my Nutella cheesecake cookie. I felt a hunk of something in my mouth and went to move it with my tongue, and it cut my mouth. Just a stupid little papercut but it was dangerous. It's scary to eat something and have it hurt you even in a small amount. What made me more disappointed and disgusted was, when I reached out to the location they absolutely did not care. They website set me to the owner, and they didn't offer a refund or anything, they offered me a couple of free cookies, much less than what I paid. Not only was there a foreign object in the food which certainly signifies a lack of care in preparing the items, but when presented with the problem they just really didn't care at all. Not thw first issue I've had here service wish either. I highly advise for your own safety that you avoid this location at all costs. If you are a Crumbl addict, take the extra drive and go to the Hamilton location. Or do yourself a favor and hit Insomnia or Souzel Sweets. Thank me later. Small update you'll also see in the below comment that they are pretending to care, and telling me to reach out when I did their live chat first and they were the ones that told me they couldn't help me and to reach out to the store. Maybe avoid all locations instead....

I went to this crumbl cookie located by me for the first time ever. I placed my order on Grubhub at least 30 minutes prior to me getting there. When I arrived they told me after 6 customers received their order and placed them after me and about 10-15 minutes of me standing there with no help they informed me that they didn’t have the raspberry cookie I ordered that I paid an extra $1.49 for. They also were in the back laughing and joking around while the orders were clearly piled up being that it took me 30 minutes longer to receive my ONLINE TAKE OUT ORDER. The man had an attitude they didn’t even know who was running the register with about 7 people working on the floor it was ridiculous to be honest. I’ve never had a problem with any food place. They wanted me to reorder my whole cookie order again after they refund me for the whole box who says I have time or money to be doing all of that. They were so unprofessional and unorganized my cookies was salty as hell for one and they still never gave me my $1.49 crumbl needs to do better now I see why no one...

Ordered online for carryout. I specifically called the store to make sure that we could stop by and pick it up later and the person said yes we will make it for you right then and there. We walked into an empty store that evening. We stood at the counter for a good five minutes until someone acknowledged us. They saw us and said nothing, kept talking amongst themselves or cleaning. I understand being busy, but a quick "Give me a moment and I'll be with you shortly" would've been nice. When someone came over, we explained we were picking up an order. We gave them the name but they didn't find our order in the system, but it was showing as a charge to the card. They had to find us with a phone number...which was attached to the name we gave them. And I'm not sure if it was there before but there was icing on the side of the box when we got back. Service aside, the cookies were good and the butter cake was fantastic. Love the new mini versions. I'll go back but probably order in-person to...
