If I could give 0 stars, I would give this restaurant 0 stars. I went last night around midnight (early this morning, April 22nd), and I wanted to order my combo number 7, which is a burger and bacon combo. I don't understand how, but the person on the PA system understood that I wanted JR nuggets, and well, anyone could have misunderstood. What pissed me off was that he kept asking me what sauce I wanted, and I told him no, I wanted combo number 7. I told him the same thing more than 3 times, and this person has the nerve to YELL AT ME, what? If you can't control yourself, DON'T work in restaurants. I know customer service is tough sometimes, but I was pretty clear about what I wanted. And on top of that; when I got to the window to pay, a girl and the guy who I think was the manager looked at me like I was the worst thing in the world. Excuse me? I should be the one getting mad after getting yelled at for talking like that! I should have gone inside and found out the names of those two people, but I decided not to because I'm pretty sure this review will be enough to tell you who I'm talking about. They know who they are, and I don't plan on going back to that place ever again, all because of those two people who, instead of saying, "Excuse me, I can't hear you well" or "Could you please come to the microphone?", yelled at me through the drive-thru.
When the person I was in the car with had already paid, I honestly felt sorry for them because I was so happy eating my burger, and those two ruined my dinner. Phew, yelling at me? Oh no, thank goodness I didn't get out of the car because I wouldn't have minded yelling in their faces too. WHAT A DISGUSTING RESTAURANT AND PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. They should stay as far away as possible from this type of scum who don't care about having excellent customers, and you know why customer service is important? Because after what happened to me, I'll tell all my friends and family never to go to the Wendy's in Princeton. Why? So they can yell at...
Read moreAbsolutely horrendous experience. Ordered and was told AFTER we paid that their frosty machine was down rather than informed before we paid for our food, when asked whether we wanted a different beverage we said we wanted a refund for the frosties, and the lady kept asking for our food when all we wanted was to be compensated for the frosties. Instead of giving the refund or apologizing or making it worth our visit, the lady kept saying for us to give the food back and when we got the manager he just gave us a dollar. A single dollar. Not what we should have been given, no complimentary anything, no sorries, nothing. A dollar and no beverages. Honestly I have worked in the food service industry for a long while and in a multimillion dollar company 2 frosties are nothing and if they had wanted us to come back to wendy's again we would have gotten at least an apology, a free frosty voucher, whatever but instead we got nothing but rude attitude and a single dollar when we paid 22 bucks for two medium meals. So 21 bucks out, no beverages, and a piss poor dining experience. It's very easy to make a customer happy and come back with the simplicity of a good attitude and something to compensate the visit/wait/etc. Instead of taking those steps to being a good business, the lost mine from here on out. Way to go guys. Great effort on your part. Will be sure to let everyone know this is the quality you will receive at...
Read moreThis is a very modern Wendy's. You can order your food from a digital menu before you reach the register. Customization of your food is easy and quick. Plus, they always call you by name when your food is ready.
The food is made fresh when you order. Chick breasts were tender and juicy. Beef patties were flavorful and seasoned well. If you enjoy sodas, they have those customizable drink machines that give you every flavor imaginable.
Pleanty of space for sitting and dining in as well as a small patio area near the front.
The only qualms I had with this place is that they use plastic ketchup cups instead of the paper ones you can usually find. Not sure if this is to keep the mondern feel going, but I would think the paper ones are cheaper and have less environmental impact.
All in all, geart place for some quick on...
