Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Westborough

I ordered from here today and I have never been disgusted in my entire life from a simple prepared pizza I should have taken a picture. The entire pizza was tossed around inside of the box with pieces of pizza on top of each other it wasn’t hot but very cold and on top of everything else the delivery driver took my money from me and didn’t return the $16 I gave him after I gave him a $20 to amount for the correct amount. In total giving him $36!!! I immediately called the manager he told me he would call me again he did not I called again he said the driver was on his way to return my money but surprise surprise never showed up!!!!! There is no denying it this place is disgusting and I pray and hope Domino’s goes out of business once and for all. If Dominos give me any problem whatsoever I will call corporate every single day if I have to make sure the manager the cook and the delivery driver are terminated from their employment. Clearly they do not value customer service, the preparation of there food, and most definitely don’t have a problem robbing customers of there money considering alone how he never showed up to return my money. I am beyond angry and I am going to make sure they know how terrible there business is and they should be shut down. I can’t even imagine the cleanliness of this establishment if they openly don’t care about how there food is presented to their guests and neither does the manager care for the satisfaction of customer service by not calling me back which I believe is a serious issue when my money was not returned to me. If I don’t receive the respect I deserve I will be involving corporate and I will call everyday until the manager the cook and the delivery driver...

On April 20, 2019, I attended the customer appreciation day that they were hosting. They were going to have a New England Patriots player there to meet fans and sign autographs. None of their flyers said anything about a price. I arrived at 11 AM ahead of time for the event and ordered a pizza. By 12 noon the player was there and ready to meet the fans but after a quick meeting privately with the player the dominoes manager then announce to the crowd it would be $25 for autograph . At that point I asked why was this not in the flyers I drove the hour and a half for this event questio. At no point during that time I was there ahead of time did the manager say anything and we did have a social conversation a couple times . When I questioned him about that he had no answer for me . He didn't offer any apology or any free item for the miss lead advertisement . I proceeded to leave and he came out to try to convince me to come back in but could not waive the fee . This is poor business and I've been to other events and This is by far the worst one I've been to. No wonder why I hear more negative things about Domino's then...

Went to this place with my dad and sister, the problem that was with here was that when we came inside to order the guy in front said it was going to take 15 we were there for about 30 minutes. After over 20 minutes the girl that was making the pizzas asked us if we order food as we replied saying “ yeah we did we’re waiting for the food the guy said it would take 15 minutes “ Then after a while I looked through the glass window to see why it’s taking so long and I see all five of the workers doing literally NOTHING and one of the girls there was cleaning and sweeping and I see SHE LITERALLY NOT SWEEPING NOTHING AT ALL so I’m very confused on why it’s taking longer the 30 minute for one pizza and I see this older women just talking to the other girls there in a foreign language for 10 minutes BTW I NEVER NOT ONCE IN MY LIFE MAD A BAD REVIEW OF ANYWHERE EVEN IF ITS REALLY BAD but this just got me mad oh also all the time we were waiting there the food was already done after like idk 20 minutes and they didn’t say nothing after we grab the food and went home the drive was 10 minutes away it was straight up...
