Decent Wendy’s. Interior is a combination of older, large, open concept used by the chain until the early 2000s, and the modern, minimal approach they implemented in the 2010s. Can’t imagine many people are here for the ambience though, so let’s get to the food, service, and other notes.
Food was hot and fresh, for the most part. Buns were somewhat stale on the “cheap” sandwiches. They had areas that were hard/crusty, almost as if they had been hanging outside of a bag for about an hour or had been left too close to heat. Kinda gross, but not the first time this has happened to me at a fast food joint.
Service was adequate. No receipt was given, so it made getting the order tricky. Wasn’t too bad, but could’ve easily been worse if they were relying on numbers for orders. Cashier was friendly, but seemed to be in a hurry.
Flies were apparent in the dining room, which to me is a sign that cleaning could be improved. As I mentioned, the interior is retrofitted but somewhat outdated. As such, the older layout accommodates more people, which I imagine contributes to the fly problem more and more. Can deal with it, but once I notice it I can’t help but feel like cleanliness might be a problem. Soda machine was also in a common state that I’ve found across many Wendy’s locations: sticky and out of the soda that I want.
Overall it’s fine. It’s not anything special, there’s nothing that’s quite a highlight at this location, but if you need to stop and grab a bite this place should...

And that's mainly it. The food is pretty much the same at any Wendy's. The prices are consistent too..I think it all comes down to service, cleanliness, and convienence. Read moreUpdate:2 weeks later a claims analyst, Christa Miller contacts me . She was rude ,dismissive and when I wouldn't take the 100 dollars they offered started to do the victim blaming routine. She was from corporate in Ohio and should also be fired.
UPDATE: Manager has been suspended pending an investigation. Any other company would have watched the tape and fired him. I guess Wendy's likes to hire people who are a liability.
mistakenly ordered a crispy chicken that came without chicken. when I went in yo get it corrected the manager , who appeared to be high.,started berating me. when I said nevermind and pushed the empty bun off the counter he threw it at me.,he then threatened to fight me , He punched out and followed me outside trying to get me to fight him. This is totally unacceptable in any store or situation. Him threatening me is assault. He should be fired...
