Three times now I have ordered from the granite street location using the mobile app. All three times different coworkers have gone to retrieve my order as well as other crew members orders from this store. Each time I’ve gotten my order the cup is only three quarters filled, I get shorted quantities of items I ordered or the order is messed up In one way or another. For example today I ordered 2 pc bagel bites, a black pepper bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, 6pc hash brown, and a large matcha. Upon receiving my order a quarter of the cup was empty, the 6 pc hash brown was now apparently a 4pc, the bagel bites were no where to be found (they never put them in the bag), and my sandwich essentially had no top to it and there was remnants of it in the bottom of the bag. Super unprofessional and quite frankly ridiculous you pay out the rear for coffee these days anyway and then you get your order and on multiple occasions it’s incorrect, incomplete, and just overall frustrating. My order today cost me $17.45 and half of it wasn’t even present and the fact that this isn’t even the first or second time this or something very similar to this has happened is absolutely ridiculous. I get it the staff aren’t paid much, usually don’t want to be working at Dunkin Donuts, and most often then not are not happy as a former employee (at 17 y/o) I know what it’s like to sit there and be berated all day and have angry people upset with you for stuff that most of the time you personally didn’t even do. Read moreI ordered an iced coffee, the kid at the window handed me the iced coffee and also attempts to hand me a large orange drink I did not order. I politely told him I didn't order that, it's not mine it's probably for the car behind me. I asked him if I got charged for it and he said "Uhh yeah" I asked for the receipt for the iced coffee it was $3.19 so that was indeed correct. The total now says $8.70, it was clearly a separate order; I said I didn't pay for the other drink so I don't need it. I got the $3.19 charge for the iced coffee I wanted so I’m fine. Then he blatantly tells me that this large orange drink was "still yours though" They clearly rang in an extra order to try and overcharge me of an iced coffee. Read moreI don't like to give bad reviews because I know how this affects business, but I have to do this one, The people who work there should all be fired, starting with the manager, 1 They charged me for things I didn't order, and that they never gave me, they mixed up my order and the old lady who works in the kitchen forgot to give me some bacon snacks, which I had to wait 10 minutes for and when I told her that she forgot my snackin bacon she gave me some that looked like they were taken out of the trash from the day before and which I ended up putting in the trash.
They were on their personal phone without taking care the clients.
