Subway — Restaurant in Westerly

The older woman donna, makes sandwiches badley. They never change their gloves and will touch everything including the floor when making sandwiches using the same gloves contaminating all of the food. Doesn't follow with instructions. Will mess up the bread rips it where the sandwich will fall a part when eating it. If you get a flat bread they squish the sandwich together to the point when you unwrap it is ruined and need a utensil to eat it. I'm sure she is nice but it happens all of the time. It is enough for me never to go there again. Been going here for a long time. I'd say if you go here don't let her make your sandwich. But if she has touched any of the food it's probably contaminated due to the lack of changing gloves. I wouldn't go here. She is the type to drop food on the floor blow it off and say...

You have to cross your fingers when you walk in and hope to God there's an employee actually making subs in there, and isn't making them with the standard 4 olives per foot long 😩 this is the case with all Subways, well... This one, definitely made me a Spicey BMT with one very thin layer of meat, 4 crooked pieces of cheese in all directions, all sloppy leaving most of the sub bare with no cheese at all, then the veggies are all the same way, literally hurt to watch. This was by far the best service we've had at a Subway anywhere. Both employees were friendly and patient with our large order for 6 people, but Zach absolutely made our day with his huge smile and playful attitude. Usually servers get frustrated with the kids as they tentatively ask for their veggie toppings, but Zach wasn't just accommodating, he was encouraging. "Extra pickles? Sure! Oh, EXTRA extra pickles?
