Arby's — Restaurant in Westerville

The young lady working tonight (10/18/2024 8:15pm) was absolutely rude. I had a DoorDash pick up order and I asked a genuine question (where my aujue was) and she not only looked at me like I was stupid, but also, in a very nasty way, said what I’m looking for is in the bag. I look in the bag, do not see it. There was a 2nd bag within that I had assumed to be my 3 pumpkin pie turnovers. That bag contained the aujue. However, there were NO turnovers in the bag and she did NOT inform us of this. I turned around to go get them and ask about it at the drive through speaker and said I was missing them. Again, in a nasty attitude, said they don’t have any. So I ask if there are the other flavors, she tells me there’s none of any of them. Does not offer anything to compensate the missing turn overs. Not even an apology. And the ENTIRE time she had the most nasty attitude. She had such a sour look on her face and rolled her eyes at customers ordering on the drive through speaker. She does NOT have the making to work any kind of service job from the way she was acting tonight. Very inconvenient and rude. I did get my refund through DoorDash, but was not satisfied with the “help” I received from the RESTAURANT EMPLOYEES themselves. We’ve had problems in the past with this location and this is the straw that broke the camels back, I will avoid ordering from this location in the future. I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Maxtown Road location, they have been much nicer in all the visits I’ve had there. And are actually...

The employee's..great the food..great but the building is a great example of Arby's not caring about their employee's,their building,their surroundings and their reputation....I am surprised that the city of Westerville allows this building to continue to fall into disrepair....I had to drive around the building just to check if it was open...the windows are so dirty you can't see inside the building...the paint is peeling off the sidewalk which is also unsafe,landscaping overgrown with weeds...as you walk into the building it reminds me of walking into a restaurant in a strip mall that you question whether the meat is spoiled or not....ceiling tiles missing trash all over the floor & why not,if my employer treated my place of employment this way why should the employee's try any harder than what is required to get their checks...then as I leave the building I look up and the canopy that covers the drive thru look like it's about to fall down its been hit & backed into so many times....all I can say to the employee's is that my hat is off to you guys...keep on chillin...the service was great & despite everything else the food was good too....you guys deserve A LOT better from.Arbys corporation....I do believe I will question Westerville city or the health department however....that building is unsafe....it did at one time have some beautiful...

This location is the worst Arbys I've EVER seen, and this is in WESTERVILLE!!! I am dumbfounded at how bad this building looks, It's absolutely falling apart. The side walks are crumbling, they have buckets in the dinning area to catch water leaking from the ceiling. Torn booth seats, everything feels sticky bc its 50-70 years old and covered in a layer of grease. This place needs to be rebuilt from the ground up! It looks like who ever owns this building doesn't care at all about looking like a slum, grimy, dirty butt. I can't believe this place is even passing code or inspections. The paint is peeling outside. Glass on the windows has a layer of corrosion or fog. It's very run down and maijor repairs are being ignored, hense buckets in the middle of dinning area, it's gross! When you look up at the leaks you can see black mold. How is this place still operating. I'm ashamed to admit that I ate the food tbh. The oil in the frier needed changed, the fries were absolutely disgusting bc they were fried in old nasty oil so, they were not eaten. I won't ever go back, untill they rebuild this place from the ground up, it's NASTY NASTY! The staff was friendly, and thats the only nice thing I have to say...
