Whit's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Westerville

I use to be employed by Whit's Westerville. Their management is very poor and needs work. I went to the owner many times about poor experiences and harassment... nothing was ever done about it and I was forced to quit and leave. During my time I was told to clock out early by a manager because I upset her... clocked out an hour and a half early and lost pay for it. Employees should dress more appropriately. Management needs to learn some much needed people skills, and training should be extended. When I applied, my training was only 15 minutes before I left. I was not ready for my first day. Lastly, management and team members don't work well together. There is poor communication throughout the workplace and unresolved conflict throughout the entire staff leaving you with a bitter experience if you ever work there. For the most part things are sanitary, but the cursing, eating while working, and cellphone use during shifts should be limited. Poor place to work with little to no training and awful management leaves the products poorly made the majority of the time and awful service. PLEASE GET NEW management!!! My family and I went on 7/23/17 around 5:00 pm. The service was terrible. We had to repeat our order several times. The girl dishing out the ice cream even told the girl at the cash register what we ordered, but she just stared blankly at us. She got mad at us for repeating our order slowly so she could understand it. She was very rude! So I asked her to please not get an attitude and talk that way to my family. Her response was, "You were rude first." She continued being rude to us, so we asked to talk to the manager and neither of the girls would give us the manager's information. Needless to say we walked out without getting anything. As we were leaving the girl at the cash register yelled, "Bye old ladies." My family and I will never be back! I will warn everyone I know to stay away from that...

Let me tell you, instead of just tasting like banana, it tastes banana ENHANCED. Like if a banana made a wish to be custard. So freaking good. Really unleashes the ferocious freak within. The majestic and ravishing John Pork, the store manager, recent graduate of Westerville High School, and heir to the Whit’s fortune, is so freaking tight. I do have one complaint.
