I typicall come for lunch but today, I went to my Favorite arby's for dinner around 545 ish. I chose because the coupons I had. All the guys for the night shift were working hard through the start of the the dinner rush. I was offered complimentary items for my wait. Everyone took notice when my order took longer than ideal wait for fresh chicken. Customer service was good from each employee who helped me. Thanks for getting my order taken care of and me on my way home for dinner.

Read moreThis location has gone downhill fast. It used to be awesome. but they have lost site of the customer experience and attention to detail. I've had items missing from my order, received the wrong order completely, and they run out of items a lot. They ran out of mountain dew in the drive thru and I had to talk them into walking 15 feet to the lobby to get it from there. They ran out of potato cakes a different time. When I was in restaurant management, if you were low and going to run out of an item, you drove to a different store to borrow it. Running out of food wasn't an option.

I understand that they're produced on TV ads to look good. But the quantity on TV is no where near what you actually get. The roast beef is not even half as much and the fish when they do have it is about a half of what you see in the ad. Given their prices that are sky high, I will not be returning. I went when they had their roast beef or fish 2 for $6 special. I would not pay more than one dollar for the roast beef based on quantity. The fish maybe worth $3 but I'm not crazy about the taste.
