This review is based off of management of the location as well as the regional management.
I had been offered an interview at the location for a position through communicating with the hiring manager on Indeed. On the day of the interview I walked in during the time I was supposed to be there and was immediately yelled at by a random employee repeatedly saying they were not open yet, and not letting me explain that I was there for an interview. Once that confusion was handled I was approached by what I assume was some sort of team lead or assistant manager named Natalie. I told her I had a scheduled interview at 1 pm and she just handed me a piece of paper to fill out which was similar to what I had already filled out online. I filled it out anyways quickly and she then tells me that they are only looking for closers at the moment. I was confused considering that the position I applied for online and thought I was having a proper interview for was a morning/day shift, especially since I included my availability in the online application. After that Natalie said that she would pass my info onto the hiring manager, which is weird considering that I thought I was supposed to be interviewing directly with the hiring manager. The whole thing lasted about 3-4 minutes and was an entire waste of time.
I’ve tried to communicate the problem that I had to the individual I was talking to on Indeed, Ashlee, in hopes of rectifying the situation. However, it seems as she has decided to take the ghosting route and ignore any problems that she and others at Crumbl have caused through their lack of communication and professionalism.
I can only assume based upon my personal experience that they also treat their employees and customers rudely with a disregard to being professional and would not recommend this...

Read moreCome here weekly to pick up packs of cookies for different groups of customers. Everyone loves these cookies and rightly so, they are very very good. This specific location has some of the worst customer service I’ve experience in the food service industry, especially if you use the app. Usually 4-5 people staffed but for curbside you’ll be waiting at least 10 minutes even if the store is empty or until you go in and ask for the order to which they will make you feel like your interrupting what they are doing. I was hoping this was a one off situation but in the numerous weeks I have gone I would say this is my experience 8 out of 10 times. Talked to the manager about it today, did not care a bit.
