Crafters Pizza and Drafthouse — Restaurant in Westfield

I visited your restaurant on 7/16 for dinner and I was so impressed with the entire experience, I had to share the feedback. I honestly do not think you could do ANYTHING better than what you are doing right now.

Let me start off by saying that I have never been to Crafters before, but I can assure you that I will be a frequent customer from here on out. From the moment that I walked into your business, I received nothing but the absolute best service imaginable. Javi immediately greeted us (along with every staff member that walked by!) and took us to a table in the bar area. He was extremely friendly and informative about the menu. I don't think I ever saw a smile leave his face! Our server was Kendal B. She asked ALL the right questions - knew that we were new/never have been and went over EVERYTHING to help us with decisions. The menu, drinks, current specials, her fav items, etc. She was SO friendly and so attentive, I actually think I said outloud a few times that I was blown away by her customer service. Kendal and Javi were so incredible and treated us like family/friends/they've known us forever- I'm sure that you hear it often but I wanted to point out that I have never in my life had the type of experience at a restaurant like I had at Crafters last night. If the employees were not enough, the food/drinks were incredible! The food came out extremely quickly, even with the entire place packed, and the drinks were perfect temperature (and so many to choose from!). Your pizza & wings may be the best I've had! When we were leaving, EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER who saw ,us thanked us for coming in and wished us a good night. The bartenders, servers, hostess, EVERYONE. I have NEVER had that happen anywhere at a restaurant and it truly amazed me. I could go on and on about your staff, food, atmosphere - but I'm sure you get the picture/idea. I appreciate you for hiring such amazing people, having such great food, and overall just being a great place to go and eat/drink. I look forward to coming in again soon and continuing to share the same positive experiences I had last night - YOU ALL...

UPDATE: Consistently an excellent experience. Although their prices may seem on the higher side for a pizza place compared to some of the chains, they offer some advertised daily specials for food items, a reduced price appetizer menu posted online and throughout the restaurant for during their 'social hours', and even additional specials via email as well as paper coupons.

On top of that, their food offerings are simply awesome. We have enjoyed everything we have eaten here. Our personal favorites continue to be the Baked Goat Cheese with its amazing flavors (careful, it will burn your mouth if you're not careful upon delivery to the table) and a split pizza of the Jumbo Shroom and the Mediterranean Retreat. They also have a variety of drink options as well as specials in case all of the food options weren't enough.

Tough to beat a non-chain that is a supporter of the local community, serves a fantastic menu, and offers an assortment of specials if you're looking for value on the dollar. A nice local pizza place that has great tasting food, a surplus of beverage options, and supports the local community. If you're looking for a deal, they have an email club you can sign up for that shares offers weekly, coupons as a part of the monthly mailers we receive from the area, and they also have "Social Hour" pricing 3-6 and 9-close M-F that offers a discounted way to check out their various appetizers.

Each time we visit, my wife and I have to order their Baked Goat Cheese [$8.99 / $7 social] that is baked pomodoro sauce with ricotta, asiago, and goat cheese served with crostini bread. One of the best flavors in the area. Our new favorite pizza of theirs is the Mediterranean Retreat [14" $20.99] that includes a greek tomato blend, artichokes, fresh mozzarella, asiago, pesto and balsamic drizzle. We choose the hand-tossed crust over the thin, it's similar to the Big Woods or Mellow Mushroom pizza crusts if you have had either of those.

My wife and I absolutely love coming here! We have been eating here since before the name change and have continually come back time and time again. I have never had something I didn’t like here. From HUGE salads, to delectable pizzas, their perfect wings, and best of all, their limited time offerings, everything has been of the highest quality and flavor! This past week-end, we came in and sat with Sebastian. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. He kept my drink filled, which can be a hard thing to do with the way I drink soda! Hah! My wife ordered a create your own type pizza with Meatball and Ricotta Cheese (her favorite) and I ordered their limited time offering BBQ Pizzawich with an order of their limited time offering Bourbon Brown Sugar Onion Rings. We also ordered Fried Ravioli to start. The Ravioli came out blazing hot (definitely a good thing) and were so tasty with their house made Ranch and Marinara Sauce. The onion rings were so crispy and freshly fried. The seasoning was perfect for them. Smoky and a bit sweet. They came with a Bacon Jam and BBQ Ranch to dip in. Both dips were tremendous, but that BBQ Ranch was the clear winner for me. My wife’s pizza was perfect for her. She said it hit the spot perfectly, which was incredible since before we got there she didn’t know if any food sounded good to her! My BBQ Pizzawich was probably the best thing I have ever had at Crafter’s! The perfect crispy outside, the chicken, bacon, and onions inside mixing with the melted cheese and BBQ Ranch sauce. I recommend this restaurant to every person I can; local and visitor alike! They have a great whiskey selection with some hard to find pours at fair prices.
