Joe's Grille — Restaurant in Westfield

It was disappointing to see the immaturity of one particular server at Joe’s. The server with the black ponytail on the evening of 12/16 was dramatically yelling at patrons to move and ended up spilling a beer on at least one customer. Following this, he initiated the argument between himself and the customers, taking great lengths to try and start an argument over simple misunderstandings that could be resolved through a conversation. When our group questioned the server his reason for being rude and harassing, he doubled down, shaking with anger throughout, and ended up kicking out yet another patron for no deserving reason. Such a shame - it’s a really good bar, live music, darts, plenty of space however the way half of the staff treats patrons is unacceptable. The first time, my boyfriend and I ate here and got drinks. We were ridiculed for whatever reason, we look young but we are 24, 25. Now the first time we shrugged it off. The second time, same behavior. I feel as if the servers see younger people they treat you horribly.i brought my family of 7 here to enjoy the band and drinks. I have loved going to joes and was super happy to find out this one in Westfield opened up so close to home. I use to go there all the time because i loved the food/drinks/atmosphere. But this new rule of only 25 plus after certain hours is ridiculous. Why am I being excluded from a bar when im 23 almost 24 because the management cant control a couple college kids and their underage friends. I have been to my fair share of bars and not once have i ever been denied entrance for not being old enough even though im over 21. Sounds like a management issue not a customer issue.
