Going into a subway you expect a pretty straight forward experience. Using the app you select what you want i.e extra ranch, pepper jack cheese no mayo, etc. After picking up your order you drive home and open the sandwiches expecting to enjoy a sub you’ve eaten many times before. Come to find out the people who run this store must not no how to follow written instructions or completely do not care what gets put into the sub. For example my sandwich was chicken bacon ranch, just ranch and double meat. The first two times I ordered. Unless double meat actually means nothing extra I didn’t get double meat. The third time I ordered I decided I would skip double meat as to not be disappointed again. This time no ranch…me being reasonable tried just put my own ranch on it and ate it. As we dug more into our order we realized that each sub/flatbread was done incorrectly. Basic statistics would suggest they would get one of four correct, but no. I called the store to let them know that they once again left me disappointed and didn’t follow the order instructions. The lady that answered the phone offered excuses and no apologies refused to give her name to contact corporate and hung up on me. I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for one of your employees. Recently, I visited the Westfield Subway near Kroger Plaza and I was served by Dipa (looks like Indian definitely Asian Origin)
Dipa was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my visit. She answered all my questions in detail and made sure that I had a pleasant experience. Her customer service was top-notch and she went out of their way to make sure that I received exactly what I wanted.
I'm very impressed with the level of service provided by her. She is a great asset to your team and deserves recognition for her hard work I was trying to put this review since long today I got chance.

Read moreStood in line patiently as I always have and had another group of customers followed by another man who came in behind me and I guess the lady at the counter (who is apparently the GM?) knew him or something and she completely disregarded the fact I had been standing there and proceeded to take his order instead after the other customers originally behind me let him go before them but I was still standing in front of all of them waiting to have my order taken. But she still decided it to be a good idea to take his order first. Wrong idea. I walked out amazed at the disrespect. Terrible customer service. You won't be getting any more of my money.
