Mrs. C's Soft Serve & Cafe — Restaurant in Westfield

Honestly deserves zero based on today and I should’ve asked for a refund after eating here. This has got to be the MOST disappointing ice cream establishment I’ve ever been to. The picture below shows our two orders: 1 regular vanilla cone with sprinkles and 1 small twist with chocolate dip. To start with the regular cone is the largest cone on the menu and what we received looks like their kiddie cone and they charged more than $5 for this which is unacceptable for the amount of ice cream given. Secondly the twist cone with dip seemed to be taking them a long time to do as our vanilla cone was very fast. Upon receiving it was smashed down in a cup with the dip on with the employee basically saying it was too hard and they had to put in a cup because the ice cream was falling off. On top of this the small cone based on the amount of ice cream in the cup seemed to be equal to the regular which we paid more for. I was just left speechless from both these ice creams and left very upset and angry about the prices charged and the lack of caring. I’ve gone to summerhouse, Moolicious, and JJs where I have never had any of these issues that i experienced here today. I understand this is a new establishment but a lot needs to be changed if this is what they are...

Highly recommended! Great local spot, filled with lots of laughs and quality ice cream. My buddies and I happened to be in town and wanted to give it a try. I had a small strawberry, whipped cream and strawberry sauce. We were met with great service and genuine conversation with the owner an hour before close. Which is only a testament to how things are ran on a regular basis. I’ve always been a soft serve fan so seeing all the different flavors was awesome. I was shocked to hear that it was only open for 2 months. Well run in all departments. The flavor variety is truly special, and then you pair that with the plethora of toppings open the door to so many possibilities. I live 40 minutes away and just happened to be driving through, but I can most definitely see myself making the trip...

Skip this place and go to Northside Creamery. It’s run by a bunch of children.

The workers here are pretty rude and not accommodating at all. Couldn't care less about customer service or even basic manners.

You can only get one favor of ice cream per bowl which is weird. Green apple ice cream tasted like plain vanilla. German Chocolate was unimpressive.

Handed me 3 dripping bowls of ice cream (it's 70 degrees in late September btw) that dripped all over my car and didn't offer or have a box to put them in. When I asked for one, the girl handed me a dirty looking box from the back.

Needs some adult supervision to this place up to speed.

Will definitely skip this place and head to Northside or Summer...
