Starbucks — Restaurant in Westfield

Ordered through the Starbucks app for delivery less than two miles away with an $8 tip added to the order. Delivery driver dropped drink and sent photos of the food on the ground and spilled all over the place. Driver never answered texts or calls. Never received any of the items I ordered and no refund. Enjoy the $25 I spent for my coffee that went down the drain. Great job Starbucks. Don’t even offer to replace or refund it. This is why I’ve cut back and have started going to more local coffee shops as Starbucks can’t even get food to their customers and won’t even do anything about it. Manager was super helpful in deciding what to get since I rarely get a hot tea versus my regular iced coffee option. The other two workers were both trying to decide who drew the short straw of working the counter solo or doing dishes in the back.

The speed of service was a little slow relative to other sites and there was no place to sit while waiting for my order.

I would recommend this site over the Panera next door as I originally went in there to get a tea and their hot drink...

This location is regularly out of items. They've been out of oatmilk for 3 weeks, several sandwiches out. As a lactose intolerant person, I will choose a competitor who maintains stock on alternatives. Especially given that there is no drive through, so you must CHOOSE to come here, park, and walk across a shopping center parking lot... the associates are nice but whoever does their ordering is...
