Starbucks — Restaurant in Westford

No joke, I got in to my car yesterday and thought “I need to make sure to write a review for them” and then forgot, and now just remembered and wanted to make sure to take a moment to say how much I LOVED the vibe of the staff members. They were SO kind, I wish I thought to catch names. While my drink was being made I watched one staff passing out orders go out of her way to make sure each customer had a positive interaction and experience, and then! I watched it spread to customer-to-customer interactions too, when the staff complimented a gentleman’s sweater and a customer made sure to voice their agreement as he walked by on his way out.

I brought my own coffee cup and I asked for a small regular coffee veranda. The guy was like "oh its a 16oz cup so its gonna be a medium if that's what you want" I am like ummm ok. Like I had a choice at that point. When the difference in cost between a small and a medium is literally almost a dollar for 4oz more its kinda rude to put someone on the spot like that. I asked for a small so like just give me a little less and charge me for a small. Why u gotta be all like "is a 16oz cup so thsts technically a medium". This Starbucks is MY Starbucks. They have been so helpful and the manager actually cares. Some months ago when I first stumbled in the door, I had no idea what I was doing, but they helped me out and now i go at least once a day. Sometimes twice.
