absolutely horrific experience at chipotle and not the first time. Came in with my son to hopefully sit down and have a burrito after his doctors appointment for lunch. I was informed that it was online order only. The online app was not saving customizations like extra cheese, or light salsa. Ask the staff if when my order came up, they could just call my name I said, it's the app wasn't saving my customizations and I was rudely told that they are not going to talk over the counter. It's online only. At the same time this is transpiring a gentleman came in that had never ordered online before , he was having trouble with online ordering and asked if he could just place his order at the counter since they weren't very busy and he was told that he can just go down the street to Chelmsford if he wants to order at the counter, he walked out. long story short I asked for a refund on my order, which I was told could only be done by calling customer service. I asked for a printed receipt with my order number. I was also told that they wouldn't do that for me. When I asked if they could just make the order, the worker said to me "so you're going to have me make your order and you're going to call for a refund after that I got angry and raised my voice and she refused to make my order so I walked out with my son and had to rush him back to school and rush, back to work. Not the first time having experiences like this at the Westford Chipotle. I know they are understaffed, I really hope that management sees these reviews and can make...
Read more[Update 2/24] After several years, I tried this place again, only to yet again find disappointment. 11:45 on a Sunday, door proudly proclaims they open every day at 10:45!, yet here we stand - a half dozen confused patrons and a looked door. A sullen employee behind the counter refusing to make eye contact. Evidently closed - an exclusively lunch orientated business closed during prime lunch hours. Checking later online, the place apparently opens at noon. So here we have a franchise owner who has chosen to sacrifice prime lunch hours to save costs, yet not attended to the details of updating their signage. I leave it to you to decide how this reflects on how they may make other decisions at this location.
Something strange is going on at this location. I used to regularly get delivery from here, but the store is apparently no longer interested in such business. Further, it now appears that you cannot order in person, but only on the app? But only for pick-up and not delivery?
If this makes sense to you, you must have a better understanding of this business model than I do. There are many options in the area - I suggest finding something...
Read moreTonight I was not a fan of Chipotle at all, we went here tonight for dinner, I ordered my burrito & my husband ordered his burrito then with my husbands burrito we had a problem , the kid put three scoops of sour cream on my husband's burrito which was not what he wanted, the kid did ask if that's ok & my husband said no unless you are going to make me another burrito with out so much sour cream, the kid said he only put on one scoop of sour cream which he didn't, then we go to pay & there is only one burrito for me to pay for not two, the girl at the register put my burrito into another customers bag & told me No I didn't do that until we asked her to look and sure enough my burrito was put in the other customers bag,if nothing had been said to the girl at the register about her putting my food in the other customers bag I wouldn't of had my burrito tonight, but luckily we got all the food. The service wasn't the greatest here and it didn't seem to bother any one of what had happened. Not sure I will come back to this Chipotle but I may go to another one but...
