Service was not great our last visit. They changed their menu and didn't put up any signs nor read back what you ordered to confirm - so you order the same number you've been ordering at that Arby's for years and get something different unexpectedly and they just shrug "we changed our menu last week".
Because of an issue with dairy we couldn't eat the item we recieved so a $6 sandwich was just wasted & we had to pay full price ($6) for our replacement sandwich - without so much as an apology. The entire ordering process (all 3 times - we ate inside - original order, corrected order & dessert order) was very "whatever" and getting our food was really slow. There were no apologies or anything for the menu change issue or slow service or anything we ran into. Their drinks are good sized (a medium is like a large at some other places). The food was served at a good temperature and appears to have been made at the time not sitting around and the manager we could hear being very supportive to her staff so that's all good.... but as customers we didn't have a great visit.
As to the location - the parking leaves a lot to be desired but the restaurant itself is clean. The drive through is narrow and a little tricky for a large vehicle to get to & its impossible to get close to the building at the window so it's always a reach. They also don't suggest their specials like most places - for example they are running a 2 for $6 French Dip special. We ordered through the drive thru (a few days ago) a French Dip meal & an extra French Dip & they didn't ask if we wanted to take advantage of the 2...
Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience at Arby's that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the service was far from professional. A teenager working at the counter seemed completely disengaged and more interested in chatting on her headset than taking my order. This lack of attention not only wasted my time but also made me feel unvalued as a customer.
To make matters worse, the food I received was old and cold, which was unacceptable given what I paid. I expected a fresh meal, but instead, I felt like I was served leftovers. It’s frustrating to think that I spent too much on a subpar meal.
I believe Arby's should seriously consider hiring employees who are not only capable but also genuinely interested in providing good service. It's essential for a fast-food restaurant to prioritize customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of that standard. I hope they can improve...
Read moreWaited 20 mins in drive thru with one car in line. Ordered a side of cheese sauce for my fries. Lady said they didn’t put it on order and would be an additional 70 cents. I had paid cash and didn’t have enough change to pay for it without using a credit card for 70 cents. Asked her if they could just give me a side of cheese since they messed up on order and we waited a ridiculous amount of time for a sandwich fries and tenders. She told me I was just lucky they were even there to take my order. I told her to keep her cheese. A person would think a free side of cheese is no big deal when you have to sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes. No wonder there was only one other car in line. Just silly but I’ll never spend any more of my money at this place, not...
