Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Westminster

I see a lot of people complaining about the service. More importantly, the pretzels are good. Fresh baked, they don’t seem to sit too long even later in the afternoon. And the service? It’s average. The teenagers working here are polite, they aren’t sitting on their phones when there’s no customers around, and they have pretty good customer service. No, it’s not a five star restaurant. I didn’t expect a pretzel stand compare to a steakhouse. But it seems like people here just want to complain...

LOVE The pretzels! But the people who work there most often act like they hate their job and that it is very hard.
