I would like to give this a zero star review but cannot. We ordered using their app for curbside delivery. We had been working at a friends all day, and as we were headed home, were driving by the Westminster location, and decided to eat there. We arrived at the restaurant approx 710 PM and placed the online order from their parking lot using the Dickeys app. First curbside delivery appointment available was for 730 PM. I placed the order and about 10 mins later went in to the app and checked in that we were there. We waited for our 730 PM time slot to get our food. I witnessed 1-3 employees out in the front of the store talking and one was smoking. Our appointment time came and went. At approx 750 PM, I called into the store and was transferred to a female employee where I inquired where our order was. She said I was supposed to call the store or come in when I arrived. I stated that I checked in online and she replied that they were not equipped to see when curbside orders checked in so they had no idea we were sitting outside. Even though they were standing outside the front of the store and could see our car (which we had to list the make model and color of our car on the order). She argued with me about this situation for a few more minutes. I was in the middle of inquiring how it is they offer this service and are not equipped to support it, and she simply hung up on me. After a few more minutes, they brought out our order and we drove away. When we went to eat, they had not included any forks or napkins so we had to drive back over to the store (we were not too far away yet) and walked into the store to get some. An employee from the kitchen (who was not wearing a mask) asked if they could help us when we walked in. When we said that they forgot the forks for our order, the employee simply pointed where they were and said nothing further. We drove away again. When we finally ate our food, it was cold and not very enjoyable. This is by far, the worst experience I have ever had. Ā Ā Ā Read more9/1/20 about 5PM. Sheridan & 88th store ...We ordered a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on it and another pulled pork with 3 sides at the drive up. Also got 2 drinks. Paid $24+. Got all the way home and discovered one of the sides we ordered was missing, but the WORST thing was there was no sauce. I called them and said we were coming back to get those things. I expected, when today's restaurants are struggling for business if they can STAY in business, that I at least would get an apology, but nothing. I was nice but baffled at the woman's behavior. Made me think, you are setting up the owner to lose business and customers. I love the food but when employees ruin it for you it can be disastrous because there is so much competition out there. I drove back there and my son went in and the woman said.... you can't get the coleslaw because I didn't charge you for it. And they handed him 2 little pots of sauce. I think it would have left a better impression if they had just given us the side and the pots in a bag and said, "I'm sorry you had to come all the way back here for that. We truly apologize," or something, but nothing. Are you sure you want these 2 goofballs running this place when you are not there? We used to own successful restaurants and I know what it is to gain trust and loyalty from people, AND what makes them mad. You don't go there. You make them feel appreciated. I'm not feeling it. I love the sandwiches, but... the employees left a bad taste...
