Sharetea Westminster has the best boba in town and their staff is even better though if you plan on showing up to buy boba after one and half hour before they close make sure you call ahead to make sure they still have boba if you plan on ordering it. Ive just showed up 45 minutes before closing and they have run out of boba, which goes without saying its their primary business model. Though this is not the first time this has happened… actually make that about the 10th time this has happened weather it be 2 hours before they close or 30 minutes. Im absolutely aware that you cant expect much from a company before closing when they take pride in a main product that takes much time and effort to prepare especially when said product is quickly perishable but its starting to look as if the owner is resorting to cheap business practices regarding customers who show up late for their product. Ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt though im greatly starting to loose faith in this location and their company as a whole. The way is see it, If you don't want to make a new batch of product that is simply paid off by 2 of your overpriced ($9 drinks) then you should simply close the store at an earlier time. Read moreGrand opening disaster... I should’ve known after attending their soft opening. They were slow with no one there and even slower with a crowd. It took 40 min from the time of entry to get our order in. Then a total of 1.5 hours to get our drinks that were made incorrectly. I was so impatient, I ended up telling my party to take my drink, so I left. I get you are trying to get customers, but don’t run a special before working out the logistics, SUCCESSFULLY! There was one worker standing around cause there wasn’t anything really for her to do. The owner told the cashier to takeout her phone to take pictures. Worry about pumping out orders and not your social media. 2/3 of the cup was boba and the boba was hard. Does anyone else feel like throwing up or have a need for a bowel movement after consuming their drink?

I started ordering my drinks on the clover app because there is a perk of buying 10 drinks and you can get one for free. The app does say to wait 20 min for your order. Okay no big deal but then it is very frustrating that I am waiting in the store for over half an hour long and watching people come into the store and ordering drinks and then getting their drinks before me!!!
