Awesome customer service this time !
The objectively excellent soul helped me, asked me about truck driving stuff,
Pretty much was just ultra friendly !
Very fresh and Holy mornin' here in Westminster ! : )
Thank You Sweet Bloom ! : )
Old review: Sadly, but typical, i was totally ignored by the Other customer waiting outside before they opened.
Then i had to do the usual "push em to talk with you" when i was ordering.
Nobody anymore ever requests friendly information. Such as, "Hey, you must drive trucks. What is the weather like out where you are from ?"
Or "bfM trucking, what does b.f.M. stand for ?
Or "Are you happy with those military style zip boots ? "
Etc.
But instead, nothing.
Just nothing.
If they ask, "How are you doing? "
They clearly do not really want to know.
Once i begin a friendly response, they instantly remove their attention from me to something else.
This Anti-Friendly spirit is growing stronger and stronger.
Another reason we desperately need bfM Nation !
ALWAYS REMEMBER THERE ARE 3 KINDS OF SOULS:
THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO SKIP PURGATORY AFTER DEATH
having lived a mortified life, practicing much penance and prayer
THOSE WHO ARE NOT GOING TO SKIP PURGATORY AFTER DEATH
but did at least die in a "state of super natural life". Therefore, they are now guaranteed heaven after purgatory
THOSE WHO DO NOT DIE IN A STATE OF "SUPERNATURAL LIFE"
therefore, they will suffer immortal punishment after death
ALSO,
REMEMBER TO BOYCOTT ALL BUSINESSES OPEN ON HOLY SUNDAY'S (unless it is a grave reason they are open)
MOST ESPECIALLY BOYCOTT ALL RESTAURANTS OPEN ON HOLY SUNDAY'S
Thank you to all of Holy Heaven. There is CFA closed on Holy Sunday ! : )
And Sweet Bloom Coffee ! : )
Man i Wish there was a popular, updated, complete list of closed on Holy Sunday...
Read moreIf you like to feel unappreciated & like you’re a bother - go here! Met with a beautiful & relaxing decor, a large drip is 12oz & you’ll get eye rolls, snotty attitudes & a sense that you’re an annoyance - all included with your coffee experience. I understand the concept of serving 1-3 shots of espresso in a small cup but you also sell drip coffee & ought to consider buying larger cups. Got said drip & asked for half and half or cream & she snapped saying “it’s out there!” I looked where she pointed & there was none. When I told her I was having trouble finding it, she gave a big huff & said oh we probably didn’t put it out yet. After ringing a few more people she went & got it, meanwhile the coffee was getting cooler (wasn’t very hot to begin with). Also ordered an iced mocha latte & she gave me hot. When I said oh I don’t think this is mine, as I ordered cold, she said “well, I rang it as hot…sooo….” Guess they make the rules & don’t care what they’re serving. Drank it the hot latte - it was tasty however, who puts cocoa powder in a mocha? Powdered cocoa NEVER dissolves & only clumps up and gets stuck in the straw. Asked for Splenda & was told that they don’t serve poison. After paying $14 for two minuscule coffees, I felt like I was robbed. A smile & thank you goes far in life. They need some serious customer service. Won’t...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer of this place for the past two years, and I must say that the interior is absolutely fantastic. It is designed in a way that allows people to come in, relax, and enjoy their coffee while being able to work if needed. The employees are also wonderful. They are always willing to fix any issues with your beverage and accommodate your preferences.
However, there is one aspect of this place that I find a bit disappointing, and that is the loud music. It can be quite challenging if you need to attend meetings or have important conversations. In such cases, it might be better to stay home or invest in high-quality headphones to drown out the noise. The loud music tends to make the people in the cafe louder as well, which can be distracting.
On a positive note, the pastries and chai at this place are absolutely delicious. They are definitely...
