Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Westminster

This location sucks and is not "Freaky Fast". Anytime I place an order online for ASAP pick-up, everytime I arrive, they haven't even started making it. Last week, I placed an order at 5:30pm. Traffic happened so we didn't end up picking it up till almost 6:30pm. So a whole hour!! My husband goes in to get it and the girl says something sarcastic like, "Well, good thing I didn't start making it then since it was placed an hour ago." Mind you, there was not a single other customer in the whole store. A lot of the workers there are so unprofessional and they act so annoyed to help you out even though that's their job. That's why I place orders online, so I don't have to talk to any of these rude kids in person. It's been 5+ occurrences that my husband or I have placed an online order only to arrive and find out they haven't even begun to make our food. I'll happily drive to the Broomfield location to avoid this place. They always do things right there and "freaky fast". Not to mention, I asked for extra mayonnaise because their bread is so dry and hurts the roof of my mouth and my sandwich was SWIMMING in mayo and horseradish. It was disgusting and soggy and messy. Food was and is consistently good. I have the pleasure of being a regular to the team of four that I consider to be superstars, going by the names of Alex, the manager, whose customer service is superb at its worst, McKenzie, one of a few on the line making sandwiches, who makes them quickly, but very efficiently and precisely, Isabella, another on the line, who reminds me every time I go that I still have a free sandwich from signing up for the rewards(which I was convinced to do after my first visit), but it never comes off as annoying in the slightest. And last but not least is Lydia, who I have had limited interactions with because of only the best reason: she is the only delivery driver that drives for this location, and she works quick. I often either see her leave with a bag with some sandwiches inside, or she makes her way to bolt to deliver a few, but she doesn't waste any time, for what I've seen. It's important to note that I am also dangerously talkative, and they don't mind chatting back in the lulls between orders, engaging me with a warning earnest desire to chat. I now avoid all other fast food locations like the plague, because I never want to run into a place that doesn't have a team...

I understand that the restaurant industry isn’t always a pleasant place to work especially because of rude customers. We’ll….i placed a rather large order. Understanding that I was gonna wait when I got here (which I totally understood & was ok with waiting) I asked the two younger gals what’s the estimate. I got snapped at with “well people usually order with days in advance” I told her I understand. I would just like to know an estimate time of wait. To see if I should come back or not. As they were obviously currently working on the order. Again I got the nasty attitude. An older gal stepped in, apologized and said I’ll get an answer here shortly. They snapped at her too!!!!! Then another employee tried lecturing me on why ordering the way I did was not ok. I, again tried explaining that I understood and was ok with waiting thats why I asked in case I had to come back. He talked over me. Ultimately I did get frustrated and told him we won’t be ordering here. The attitude was uncomfortable...
