La Xhingada Modern Cantina — Restaurant in Westminster

We had the pleasure of celebrating the grand opening of La Xhingada Modern Cantina in Westminster, Colorado, and it was an unforgettable experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host, who promptly seated us at our table.

To kick off our meal, we indulged in a selection of cocktails. I wanted to provide a thorough review, so I sampled a few different drinks. Each one was expertly crafted by the skilled mixologist, showcasing a delightful range of flavors. They were all absolutely delicious!

For appetizers, we started with the guacamole, which came beautifully topped with a choice of meat and served alongside crispy tortilla chips. The salsa was the perfect accompaniment, with just the right balance of flavor.

For the main course, we couldn't resist trying a variety of dishes. I ordered the mole, which was rich and flavorful, while others in my party enjoyed the chile rellenos, arrachera plate, and green enchiladas. Every dish was a testament to authentic Mexican cuisine, and we were all thoroughly satisfied.

The staff was attentive and friendly throughout our visit, enhancing our dining experience. Overall, La Xhingada Modern Cantina exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another...

Well Google won't let me delete my review so I am changing it instead to reflect how I feel about this restaurant now. Food was terrible on last and final visit, the service was horrible they refused to even get up from the bar ( the workers) and seat us and others who came in and the waitress was busy making out with her boyfriend in plain view and had nasty smeared lipstick and make up when she finally returned. That is disgusting, I will never return. This place needs to close down. They dont do any business, only one other person in the place the few...

Probably one of the most horrible meals I have had. When my party got there we were the only 4 in the restaurant. It took 1hour for us to get our food in an empty restaurant. Only to get the most horrible meal. I ordered the Chile relleno plate, not worth the money, canned beans, tasteless rice and unedible old hard wonton wrapped Chile rellenos that taste like mold inside.
