If you're looking for a happy hour with your corporate colleagues, date, friends or family, and/or a place for a romantic dress-up or casual evening out, Perdida is the spot! The Westminster location is conveniently situated, with easy on-site parking. The inspired building architecture of Perdida gives the impression that you've arrived at a resort. Perdida's grounds include gas fire pit conversation areas with adirondack chairs - great to enjoy during Colorado's sunny winter days! Perdida's outdoor dining area is thoughtfully equipped with effective overhead heating systems and hip pyramid-style floor lamps. Once inside this Colorado-chic restaurant, you'll notice the sophisticated and eclectic ambience. Whoever designed Perdida has a lot of range, and a lot of passion that shows in the details. You'll see what I mean when you visit. I visit a wide range of local restaurants in Colorado Springs and all points in Denver. I've enjoyed lavish dinners in San Diego's La Jolla restaurants and some well-established restaurants in NYC, among lots of other top restaurant locations, internationally. It's rare to find a place like Perdida. Even the name of the place is awesome. By the way, coming up with a one-word name for a restaurant takes significant thought but everything about this restaurant shows heartfelt investment. I want friends like the folks who poured their heart into Perdida! They have got to be visionaries AND foodies because Perdida's Chef knows what they are doing! The party I dined with enjoyed savoring Perdida's chicken, steak and shrimp combo fajitas, a taco plate, and a killer grilled chicken caeser salad - excellent quality food prepered to perfection. We also had shots served in a unique octopus holder. Perdida knows how to serve fantastic food and drinks. Perdida's prices are reasonable for the chic setting, and the service is exceptional. Standouts among the staff include Jeff, Destiny, and Viviana - nevertheless, all the staff we met there were friendly, attentive, inviting, warm, relational - genuinely grounded in the principles of hospitality. Moreover, all of the staff we saw at Perdida, including the enthusiastic person who served our incredibly good desert, looked happy to be there. There was a sense of pride I noted. If it's not clear by now that I enjoyed my time at Perdida, I'll be very clear: Perdida is a hit and I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment!

This one is difficult to review as we had a company event, rented out the entire place. So I appreciate how difficult it is to host 120+ at one time. The hostess, the staff the service were all amazing. The bartender's and waiting staff had everything covered 100%! Great smiles, friendly and ready to serve. The problem I had was with the food flavors, not quality but flavors. The different rolls, yes I call them rolls as that is what they tasted like instead of real Mexican wraps. Maybe its because I have lived in MX the last 3 years and have learned that what they serve in the US is nowhere close to true MX food with its deep rich flavors of herbs and spices. Everything I tried was bland or missing that elevated level I expect from Mexican food. Now I will say this, their salsas were spot on, I tried at least 6 different types an they were there. To be fair all of my friends loved it, so I'm the outsider on this one but I will stay with my overall evaluation, this is not true MX...BUT if you want some decent American TEXMEXish food, this may be for you, just not me.

I saw this pop up on Google maps and was curious to visit. Im very familiar with this shopping center but have never heard of this place. We struggled to find it which probably explains the name Perdida (Lost, in spanish). When we pulled up our eyes were wide open in amazement. This place is beautiful and the outside seating is phenomenal. The entrance is a bit confusing because you're walking into a section where people are dining but you're looking for the hostess area. Once found we decided to eat indoor. The decorations are chic and the ambiance is loud but cool at the same time. The menu is small, very limited options but the food is outstanding. Ordered the salmon and the perdida trio. Wow, just wow. Matty our server was polite and quite visible throughout our evening. Constant refills and checking in with us but not invading our experience. I highly recommend a visit, if you enter from 120th heading into hooters turn left. Its behind the old C.B Potts, or currently Homegrown bar.

Went this evening with my parents. Was an interesting choice to place a patio full of people eating between the entrance and the hostess table. It was a bit louder inside than we expected. I don’t mind a little noise. especially since they also have a bar. But, we could hardly talk to each other. But, I liked the atmosphere. I’m from Southern California and very familiar with Baja. The theme is played up fairly well. That being said, I thought they went a little too authentic by not putting ice in glasses with the very lukewarm water they served. And no complimentary chips? They will gladly sell you a small bowl of chips and salsa for $6! I’ve started a restaurant before. You pour a ton of money into it. Maybe trying to get it back via chips isn’t the right call. Back to the water for a second. Our waitress told us they weren’t allowed to pour water into the ice water glasses. Yes, glasses filled with ice are different than the lukewarm water cups. She brought glasses full of ice and it was up to us to pour the room temperature water from cup to glass. I had the fish tacos. My mom had chicken tacos. And my dad had chicken quesadillas. I didn’t check my watch. But, it was taking a noticeably long time. Maybe 30 minutes. When we did eventually get our food, my fish tacos were served on lettuce. I didn’t request this. Yet, the person who brought our food out said they always come that way. I didn’t remember seeing that on the menu. I told her I wanted them in tortillas and instead of taking the plate back, she brought out three tortillas wrapped in foil for me to do it myself. The food was pretty good. Not especially hot. But, flavorful. Maybe I’m thinking about the temperature of the food because it was almost on the opposite end of the scale from their absolutely steaming and smoking fajitas we noticed coming out of the kitchen while we were waiting. I’m glad we tried it. But, we won’t be back. The price we paid wasn’t worth the strikes against it. Thankfully, there are many more better Mexican food...

Been multiple times, but won't go back because of these reasons which can easily be fixed, but won't recommend to anyone until they change.

Everything is great here but the Management which takes value for the GMs paycheck only!

The host, bartenders, servers, cooks deserve more because they have their value taken from GM. Anyone would care to value them that's a manager. What they may or may not know saying anything to someone is value because it was said based on their value.

The GM made us and only us, aware that they were the GM because a staff member complained about something that was said. The GM can't manage because the value of what was said won't ever be said again and all the things that aren't managed... I won't suy anything about them...They are simple and are done worth saying that value because I want to TELL the GM the value that is being done. 😉

The icing on the top was when we ordered more drinks they never came. The GM was at the bar the entire time until our server was nowhere to be found the GM came back and we asked the GM for our bill and to cancelled the drinks ... GET THIS... she goes to our server to have him give us our bill (cause she can't do it right .... Not her tip, right?) .... And our drinks finally come by someone else and we don't even want them.

Why would anyone TIP? For how much they charge the GM makes and can't even help the people that are doing what she can't! And she takes their tip away because a manager should be helping their them OR the manager shouldn't be paid.

Staff you're making less because of your manager...and YOU could manage just by bringing a check for whomever to make $ ... OR work for one that makes you more because that's what managers do! You can bring a check and get tip this GM can't even bring the check yet alone why would anyone tip regardless who brings the check ... Because she's the GM and the only people that need to know the GM don't value but only to...
