Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Westminster

Horrible experience, usually fine, but because I called him out on having a hair cooked into the pizza, this man started to yell and become aggressive. Then, he tried to say the pizza was not from his pizza place even though it was delivered by the same person my kids and I have seen every week for months. He said I'm starting trouble." I asked how that was by telling you the truth and remaining calm about it. He said first you wanted half sausage like a month ago, and now this, lol. Needless to say, no one should talk to others the way he was speaking to me. Now that he has spoken to me like a pos and also not refunded my money or just made a new pizza. I will be calling Osha, Bbb, corporate, and health inspector. And it will get fixed and no one will have this problem with hair in their food. It's not even about the money at this point it's about the rudeness of this owner and the fact that he couldn't be honest and just say hey we made a mistake. Everyone, just know they do not wear gloves or hair nets and the owner needs to learn...

I used to really enjoy Pizzabolis and would order from them at least twice a week, but recently customer service has really gone downhill.

The last time I ordered, I asked the person taking my order to add a 20% tip for the driver. When he arrived, they hadn't added any tip, and the driver was angry. Thankfully, I had cash.

Tonight I ordered, and the person taking my order added a 40% tip without my authorization. I called and spoke with the manager and was told that the new policy is that everyone pays a $10 tip no matter if they order $5 or $200 worth of food. This is ridiculous, and to do this without telling someone is illegal. I'd also hate to be the driver who delivered a $200 order and only got a $10 tip!

Today for lunch my family decided to try something new. Pizza Bolis. It was easy to order online. Although they didn’t say online if they could deliver to our residence which is about 2 mi away as the crow flies, I decided to drive out and pick up at the store. The food was ready to go as promised at 1:10p which was a fast turnaround. The in store experience was pretty good for take out. The guy working in the back was outstanding. He offered more BBQ sauce and was very friendly. My son helped me and the guy was kind to my son. We got home and was really happily surprised at all the food that was hot and delicious.
