☆Read before you go here☆The staff have no sense of urgency, or customer service. They were rude, slow, and the kitchen and food service area looked unsanitary with food strewn about hazardly. There were five employees working and none of them cared about the long line they had going out the door. It was the lunch rush and they were out of chicken, steak, and the crispy chip bowls. You would think they would have prepared for the lunch rush like most other places do. One of the employees used their gloved hand to wipe off the counter and then proceeded to touch other customers food and take orders without changing into new gloves. One told my girlfriend they were out of chicken when she ordered a chicken quesadilla then tried to convince her to pick a different meat as he didn't know how long the wait for chicken might be. The 4 employees stood around saying they were waiting on chicken to be cooked and then suddenly out of nowhere one went to the backroom and magically appeared with a full pan of chicken as if it came out of a fridge after standing around for 15mins. The line had 13 people and 5 or 6 people just left because they saw the lack of enthusiasm in the employees demeanor and how long it was taking without the line even moving. The employees were loafing around at a snail's pace and were unfriendly and apathetic towards customers. When they communicated with customers they mumbled and spoke so softly you couldn't hear or understand what they were saying. If I could leave a zero star review I would. We will never return to this location and will tell our friends and families to avoid it as well. Staff didn't wear name badges so that they couldn't be...
Read moreTwo nights ago, I stopped by at around 9:00 pm on Sunday (2/20/2022). I got a simple burrito, chips and queso. The first person made my burrito but did not wrap it. There were two people in front of me. As I waited, I watched the next worker proceed to check one person out at the cash register. Then he wrapped the persons burrito in front of me and check them at the register. Then, without changing his gloves, he wrapped my burrito and rang me up at the register. So, he handled the cash and credit card of both people in front of me, then proceeded to wrap my burrito, before ringing me up…ALL without changing his gloves. I was just getting off of work and ravenously hungry at the time. I should have said something about how disgusting this clear health violation was, but simply did not have the energy, so paid for my food, and left. When I got home I nuked my food in the microwave to kill any germs from this gross cross contamination.
I worked at a similar burrito establishment on the east coast for five years and would NEVER consider touching the cash register/credit cards/cash, then touching customers food without washing my hands and changing my gloves. I should have said something before he put his dirty gloves all over my food, but I was exhausted and couldn’t muster up the emotional energy to confront him about this gross health violation.
Regardless, it’s not my job to tell them about common sense food safety measures. If these employees are skirting this food safety 101 measure, I shudder to think what else they are failing to follow. Sadly, I couldn’t, in good conscious, recommend this particular establishment. And I certainly will not be...
Read moreI exclusively get my Qdoba burritos at this particular location because the quality is first and foremost here. I have been going here for several years, and I can't say I've had a negative experience at this Qdoba. The food is always the perfect temperature, my order is always correct, and the size proportions are excellent. Sometimes, I even get more than I expect! I never get sick from the food, and it always tastes delicious. The manager here is also very friendly, as are the other employees. I don't know the employees by name, but when I come in, I'm often recognized and greeted. I've gone to other Qdoba restaurants, and this one has delivered the best experience to me.
Lots of others are Chipotle fans, but I remember my first Chipotle burrito over 10 years ago and how I didn't enjoy the taste. I've gone back to Chipotle since, and they have definitely made their food more appealing, but I've never had a Qdoba entree that I did not like.
From their burrito bowls to Mexican gumbo to mango salads and chips and queso...Qdoba is one of my favorite restaurants that I've had nothing but good experiences with. This location is undoubtedly the very...
