Sierra — Local services in Westminster

Was told I couldn’t return items because tags were not connected. I knew that was bs so I called customer service, they told me that was untrue. So I went back into the store and let Kanha speak with them. She still wouldn’t do it! How do you not know your stores policy’s and your are a manger? Really disappointed with the was Kanha treated me. I am super disappointed with this location and the way that Kanha disregarded everything and just thought she was completely rite. Since I had luck with previous Sierra store, figured we try another to see if it is different at all.

For the most part, you got your same leading brands they market every day to ya, Carhardts and all that. Even though this store had less stuff, there was areas that were much bigger here than the others I been to. Like the food section having long dedicated shelves to sauces and... Mushroom jerky? Is... is that even possible?

They also had a huge corner of dog related stuff. Sierra must did their due diligence knowing Colorado has a huge surplus of canine...

So I went this wknd to get a carhartt hoodie. I guess I didn't notice this on the front inside waistline. I wore it today then saw it.
