Panda Express — Restaurant in Westminster

So we have come here multiple times because we have always loved panda express. But today was the last straw. So we work at night anf we have to travel from Denver up here to Westminster every night so time is very short for us. We have ordered from noodles and just about every other fast food restaurant that has mobile ordering available. Today we had sent in a mobile order at 4:30 PM because we were expecting to be at the restaurant by 5:30. We had gotten there and when we walk in we see the actual manager on her phone and everyone but 2 employees basically getting paid to do nothing. We then walked up to her and let her know politely that we have a mobile order. But lone and behold OUR FOOD WAS NOT READY AN HOUR AFTER WE ORDERED IT. Then she hands us a receipt for our order that has a bit of orange chicken. This place is an absolute shame to the panda express name. Whoever the franchise owner is needs to clean house and start with people who can and will do their jobs properly. Like I said though this is not the first time we have had issues with horrible staff and late food. One time we were super late on time so we went in spent 20 minutes in the line and when my wife ordered again that same manager said that it would take another 20 minutes to make some more. I honestly would never recommend this place to anyone who loves panda. Because it will ruin their love...

Here's my honest review after 14 years of going here. To put it bluntly, it sucks. I don't know what they're doing here but the service, hospitality, attention to detail, quality of food has gotten worse and worse. I've had maybe 3 good experiences here in over a decade. Let that sink in. I stand by this next statement, literally any other Panda Express is better than this one. You never get your food in a timely manner and if you do, the food is old and soggy. The employees don't give a single care about you or your food, they're just there for the paycheck, or to talk with other associates and ignore you. I hope this review reaches as many people as possible before they come here, cause any other food chain in the area is worth more than here. This Panda is the bottom of the barrel. This place during the day is a great service place, for some reason tonight was very disturbing. There was an employee name Liz that was above and beyond disrespectful, my wife and I went thru drive-thru and when we got home we realized we were missing a whole meal so we went back to get it and they had closed the lobby. My wife knocked on the window and Liz was eating and totally ignored the fact she was standing there in the cold holding a receipt up to ask a question, she proceeded to eat never checking what she could do to help. After 5 mins a lady came to the door and helped with the situation while waiting we asked Liz why she didn't come to the door she said "she didn't like the way we knocked on the window".....point being I like this place and understand that there is a shortage on workers but they need to still hold people to a standard and respectfullness.
