I was in to this location yesterday, and the experience was so terrible I had to wait a day to write this. Around 6:40AM I submitted a mobile order for 4 drinks, to take into work. (Shouldn't be uncommon at a S-bucks on a weekday right??) I walked in and only 2 drinks were ready, the barista announced that she had a mobile order ready for me, but I stayed back cause it was only half ready. Then, she finished the third drink, looked at the label to call out a name and saw it was mine again. So, instead of calling it out she rolled her eyes and huffed about it being mine. THEN, she proceeded to finish my 4th drink and as I walked towards the counter began complaining to her co-worker about "A freaking 5 drink mobile order..." This was in a shop full of customers, and it was right in front of the customer you were complaining about no less. I was so steamed that when she attempted to be sweet and offer a drink carrier, I had no words and proceeded to carry out FOUR coffees in my little hands. This location clearly has understaffing issues and should plan for it to be busier during the morning commute times. (In the middle of the day on a Tuesday and I've been in with 4-5 people working at this same location! 2 people at almost 7AM on a weekday is not enough!!) Read moreI’ve been coming to this Starbucks location every few days for 3 years and most of the staff know me by name. Jaden, in particular has always been amazing. I was working on the patio area on my laptop for a while and had not had a chance to shut it and purchase a drink yet (I had purchased Einstein’s directly next door, which also shares the patio tables, and ate my bagel outside), as I was on work calls and don’t feel comfortable leaving my laptop unattended outside. I was approached by the manager (I think? Female), who asked if my name was “Heather” (it is not), and very rudely told me that if I am not purchasing anything, the patio was reserved for paying customers and I would need to leave. This completely turned me off to the location I have loved visiting for years, and I will not be returning to visit my favorite staff due to this interaction. Even if you’re a regular paying customer who tips and knows the staff well, you will be treated poorly if you don’t immediately purchase something, per the new policy, apparently. Super...
Read moreWhen I walked in to pick up our mobile order I noticed a super foul smell reminiscent of sour milk. I had to wait outside because it was so strong. Drinks were made and we sat outside. Shortly after sipping on our drinks my daughter asked me to taste her caramel Frappuccino, it was mostly definitely made with sour milk. She went inside and told the barista who was very kind and replaced the drink. Unfortunately, my daughter just could not bring herself to drink so it went to waste. At the same time my mother and I both had caramel macchiatos made with oat milk and we both noticed that they did not taste good. This is a drink we get frequently so we know how it should taste. The barista poured some caramel into the drinks thinking that was what was missing. Unfortunately within the hour all three of us were in the bathroom sick to our stomachs.
