Wendy's — Restaurant in Westminster

First, about this particular restaurant, the girl that took my order was odd, she tossed my change at my hand, which was weird. My food was on the counter and she disappeared to get my coffee. I finally sat down because it took SO long. Finally, after I had taken a few bites, she showed up at the counter. The sugar packets are the condiment table were hard and stuck together. I asked her for some sugar packets, so she takes forever and brings me two kinds of artificial sugar. I said forget it. I went back up later and she was busy refilling her own lemonade drink and didn't see me for a few. Two other workers just ignored me. This girl gave me some sugar in a cup. The manager came out and got under the condiment table and gave me some pkts, but she didn't replace the hardened packets I told her about. No customers in here at all when McD has plenty inside their store at this time of day. Now, about Wendy's food:. The bacon egg sandwich was mediocre, not tasty. Their "morning potatoes" are steak fries with some kind of hard seasoning which could break a tooth and makes you feel like you're eating glass. I bit into a one with some egg sandwich already in my mouth and got the strong taste of MOLD and had to spit it all out, almost barfed, I heaved....it was SO gross!! I love Wendy's french fries, but have the same problem with a lot of bluish grey colored fries that are spoiled potatoes that just got cut up and used anyway. Hey, owners, who is your potato...

So I'm not one to call and complain, but I will be calling corporate in the morning...

I left this establishment around 12:45am, today 2/26,19. I get it. It's late, before closing, but that doesn't excuse anything. The customer service we received was horrible. Manager (I assume) was rude and annoyed while we were ordering. Kept cutting us off with "anything else," clearly she didnt want to be working. After we got our food, we noticed they didnt give us any sauce to go with our chicken strips No big deal, it happens. We turned around and went back through the drive through. We get home, about 8 mins away. I open up my food and they gave 3 small chicken strips(more like nubs) and 3 chicken nuggets. Mind you I ordered a 4pc chicken strip meal. The chicken strips tasted as if they were sitting out all day, and the chicken nuggets were COLD. Couldn't let us know or anything. It's the principle of the situation. Not much I can do as its after 1 and they are CLOSED. My husband had to end up getting back out to go get more food. I wouldn't be so upset but we just spent hours in the er with a sick child, then was treated horrible by the employee, then we get home and saw what we received? All we wanted was to have dinner before bed. Absolutely unacceptable!

I’ve been to Wendy’s all over the USA and this Wendy’s always stands out, and not in a good way.

The chicken patties are noticeably different on their spicy chicken which is the only thing I order. The use small shredded lettuce and this also affects the sandwich and there’s zero crunch factor when biting in. Instead of crispy chicken exterior and the crunch of the lettuce, it’s like biting into a 1980s school frozen chicken patty with warm mushy lettuce pieces.

We also order a Taki meal and this was also entirely different from the Denver metro area Wendy’s. We have seen the fries be doused with taki powder and the taki fries are also on the sandwich with more taki flavors built in the sandwich itself. This location had no taki fries in their sandwich which nor flavoring. The fries had no actual taki powder, but rather exactly 3 pieces of poorly crushed up taki fragments in the bottom of the bag of fries. Zero powder/flavoring. Also no bag of takis given.

The staff always seems completely understaffed and over worked and the customer is left to feel unwelcome and unwanted.

Just a side note: for the past 3 decades this location has done nothing to resolve the intense wretched stank of poop both in the lobby as well as the bathrooms. It makes in house dining...
