Starbucks — Restaurant in Westwood

Employee Jessica was rude. I made my purchase from another Starbucks employee who was very pleasant. As, I was waiting for my food, a customer behind me ordered a drink that looked awesome. I asked her about it. As I still waited for my food, I asked to order the drink. I was told to get back to the end of the line by "Jessica". They were moving very slow, so my food would then get cold. There were 2 people behind me now, 1 getting a gift card and another customer. There were 2 Starbucks employees working at the counter. I asked if this was a Starbucks policy or Target? Jessica stated neither, she has never seen it written. She was rude and dismissive and became annoyed with the other employee who was initially helping me. Mind you every customer was nice and we were all being patient, but JESSICA was toxic and miserable. As soon as she came out was rushing people and seemed annoyed by her coworker and the customers. I have never experienced this at a Starbucks before. In this day and time, kindness and patience should be a common practice. Wow, I had the best experience at my local Starbucks thanks to Elle, one of their incredible baristas! From the moment I walked in, Elle's warm and friendly attitude made me feel right at home. She inspired to make this review.
