Wendy's — Restaurant in Wetumpka

I use to be the General manager for Wendy's if this had been one of my stores I would have fired everyone on the spot except for the young man that was cleaning. The manager was RUDE as h3ll 😡.. and putting her dirty hands all on top of open food to put in the bags ie fries etc. The bathroom was nasty.. with blood ALL over the seat and had no hand towels to dry your hands and use to open the door with because it was filthy🤢 The fre*k in the lobby would have been the first to go.😡😡.I see why the employees are so rude because they see management doing it to customers and know they can get away with it too 🤬 They almost had the right one today. The food was cold and just thrown together. I would give a negative 5 stars if allowed. I say just throw the whole store out the window and get a whole new night crew. I know employees are hard to find and retain but y'all scrapped the bottom of the barrel for this shift. They are totally unacceptable. We have stopped in this ocation before and it was a totally different atmosphere. My wife and I went to here for some lunch. The lady at the register was not nice at all, and continued to say “Speak up, I can’t hear you” in a really loud and demeaning voice. I was speaking fairly loud too, but there was a timer going off in the kitchen, so I understand. There was still unnecessary attitude towards the customer though. I asked if I could get Ghost Pepper fries, and she was very harsh in her response that they don’t have it.

My wife got the 6 count spicy nugget, and they were served cold. I got the Pretzel baconator, and the bread and stale and old. It really ruins the fact that this was almost $20 for fast food for the two of us.

The only nice part was this other customer that was an elderly lady. My wife spilt some ketchup on her hoodie, and the nice lady was asking if we had spray detergent to get the stain off.

We were also served an old honey mustard that had disgusting food on it. (Picture provided)
