Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Wetumpka

I am usually not this person. I work in customer service, and I understand that people have bad days. However, my friend and I came here and first off, you can barely even hear the person through the speaker when you're ordering thru drive (not their fault, but should be fixed). I asked if we could upgrade my friends fries for her meal to the loaded fries and they just said no ma'am no ma'am no ma'am, over and over again in the rudest tone. Didn't try to help at all, and I asked again to make sure they heard me right and they just kept saying no ma'am over and over. I know that's not true, you can upgrade fries (literally in the sides option). At least give me a reason why and say we can get it on the side? My friend went in and had to buy stuff to make her own fries(which they were very unkind about it inside too). In the whole experience they act like you're an inconvenience to them. I live in millbrook, so I use the millbrook location or prattville if I decide to get zaxbys. I always have an issue with my order & the food just isn’t worth the $$$. I started working in wetumpka & stopped by this zaxbys location for dinner. Line was around the building, but expected. What I didn’t expect was to be in & out within 15 mins… wow. Customer service was nice & helpful, I didn’t feel rushed like I have at other local locations. Food was correct as ordered (this is a first!! 20 minutes to order and get food in a drive through is ridiculous! The franchise owner needs to get their crew in check or hire people who will work. UPDATE 12/12/22 gave this place a 2nd try and it’s even worse!! Was asked to pull up so we waited 25 minutes for 2 chicken finger plates and 1 grilled tender for my son..
