Apparently ordering à la carte is for those who want flavorless baby chicken fingers at $1.81 each. The breading crumbles and falls off just by touch. Had I known I was getting such tiny chicken fingers I would have saved myself 39 cents and ordered only one sauce. My last visit here was about 2 years ago and I had a horrible experience with the staff so today I thought I'd give it a second chance well the food quality seems to have declined to match the attitude of most of the staff I had contact with on my last visit. I'm not rating today's staff because I didn't have any contact with them I picked up from the online order Shelf. Anyway I won't be back I just paid $9 for three tiny chicken fingers that have no flavor the breading crumbles and falls off when you pick it up. Honestly Arby's who specialty is roast beef sandwiches has way better chicken then Raising Cane's chicken fingers which is kind of ironic considering their specialty is chicken.

I have been coming to this location since it opened and love the food. The employees are always kind and the restaurant is clean and nice to eat at. I have a big issue with what has been served for about the past 4-5 months though. The chicken strips are on average about 60-75% smaller than what they used to be and the price is the same or higher. I used to get a 3 finger combo and it was the perfect amount of food. Now I order a box combo and it looks like the kitchen cuts several strips in half as small as possible to make there be 4 strips even though it's only about 1.5 worth of chicken. My last box had 4 strips this size and looked like complete scraps were served to me. Hope they correct this or I won't continue coming despite this being my favorite chain. Will update my review back to 5 stars if this ever gets fixed.

Ok first time here. My son said he had it in Texas and was really good. Went through the drive thru. Covid. We pull up and I tell the gal give me a sec I've never been here. My husband likes at the menu and says real hard menu. Lol. It literally all chicken strips. No salads. No chicken breast. So guess what we got? We did get some slaw and lemonade also. So we get home and these are some good chicken strips. The slaw is meh. The lemonade is good. But the sauce for the strips was weird. You dont get a choice. I would call it almost a gravy. But cold. Would have been better heated up. Le a real gravy. Or would have liked some sauce choices. I like my chicken strips with bbq sauce. Not bad. But also kind of expensive. It was 28 bucks for two dinners.

For a while I’ve been coming here a lot but I’m maybe gonna rethink that. Tonight I lost my wallet somewhere between paying at the restaurant and driving home. The closure of my bag had come undone and I knew it must have fallen out somewhere either in my parking lot or at the restaurant. By the time I realized what had happened, it was a few minutes after the closing time of the restaurant, so I crossed my fingers while frantically searching my apartment’s parking lot and prayed I was calling in time to catch someone doing closing tasks. Fortunately I was! I was informed that no wallets had been found. I asked if the person who answered my call would take a glance at the parking lot, as I live 20ish minutes away from the restaurant. I understand getting a call while you are trying to walk out the door sucks, but what I asked for could not possibly have taken more than a minute and could probably have been accomplished by looking out the front window. I was informed that it was “not his job”, and that other people had come and gone so it probably wasn’t there anyway. I get that it wasn’t exactly your job…but how unkind and also what an unnecessarily rude way to put it. The most recent time I went to this Cane’s before tonight was also on the unpleasant side. I noticed when I was leaving that I had not received all the food I ordered. No biggie. Honest mistake. I pointed it out and was informed that I had not been charged for the food that I had not received. Again. No biggie. The person taking my order probably just misheard me. Honest mistake. I offered to pay for the things that were left off, but said I did still want them. The person at the window just kept saying that they weren’t on my receipt and that I didn’t pay for them while I just kept reiterating that I was happy to pay for them. I basically had to spend like an entire minute begging to purchase my entire order. I don’t know for certain, but based on voice I’m pretty sure both of these interactions were with the same person. I’m also pretty sure that I’m gonna find somewhere else to buy my chicken...

First & only visit

Don't get me wrong, SIMPLE IS GOOD. However, Raising Cane's may have found a way to overdo just that. Just chicken fingers and crinkle cut fries here. Which is cool. And whatever, like'em both. But for the price??? Ouch! Felt like like I got burned. I willingly paid $16-17 for the BIG combo... ... That is, until I received our order. That big combo, the picture & description, was approximately twice the size of what I was actually served. Receiving only seven(7) chicken fingers & a CHILD/SAMPLE SIZE portion of fries. portrayed! Felt I could've done better. Way better. On my own. In the supermarket frozen isle. There it's only $2.18 for whole bag of crinkle cut fries. Add six more bucks for some chicken fingers, and... So realistically, what I had, would've been half(½) the price & eight times(8x) more food, elsewhere. Not to mention, if you think it through, it'd probably cook up in just about the same amount of time that I waited for my rip off, bird&spud 'not-so-ValueMeal'. Felt like a fool, abused, & taken advantage of... Similar to a senior citizen, conned into paying $45 for infomercial rabbit ear antennas.

Seriously Raising Cane's, you can do us better than that. I honestly wasn't bothered by the limited choice. It was the deception & FALSE ADVERTISING within your menu, that truly left a sour taste in my mouth (not the chicken. THE CHICKEN WAS GOOD!)

Sorry, cannot/will not return. Won't recommend either, no value here. It's too bad too. Place really did have the right energy about it and everything else. They're just asking way too much for...

We happened to be there when the previous Google reviewer was requesting a refund. The food was good and the chicken was fresh but they had no hot sauce and we didn’t get our toast BOB like we ordered. We returned the toast to get it redone and sat back down while we waited but we never received our corrected toast. We had ate all our food and still didn’t get our toast so when we get to get a takeout box, I informed the cashier that I needed a box and our toast but she acted like she didn’t know we ordered it BOB when she called for toast on the fly even though she took our order. I decided to wait at the front counter until I got my toast in case they forgot it again and a manager asked if I needed anything which I told her I was waiting on my toast for 20 minutes now and she put on gloves, hopped back there and got me my 2 BOB toast in two minutes. The self serve area needed some restocking and tables needed some wipe down but no one was taking care of lobby and with two managers working, one should’ve been worried about the front of house and one in the back. Instead, both were in the back with one in drive thru which shouldn’t be happening with the many employees they had standing around, as a former Canes employee. No one was apologetic, the customer service Canes hold their employees to wasn’t here at this location. The employees are all young and it appears they just put anyone...
