Read moreHEY, Raliberto's staff. What in the heck is going on over there? I've been there a thousand times all hours of the day, as I work swing shift, I like the food, me and my fellow employees have Spent LOTS OF MONEY at Ralibertos despite the always rude drive thru order taker that even when no one is behind you, gives no time to peruse the menu, and if you ask for a moment that's literally all you get before you get another CAN I HELP YOU! and I still have left a tip everytime I've been here. Last three times I've been here it's been a joke. Who Serves Mexican food and no hot sauce, that's like having a pancakes and not getting any syrup, IT SUCKS! never had to ask before just get red and green. Then didn't get my rice or my beans sure paid for both of them though, and burritos were not smothered as ordered and paid for. Then this morning I'm told I can't order anything except breakfast burritos which has NEVER happened before, I worked all night its dinner time for me, but nope couldn't get anything i usually get what i did get however was a regular sausage burrito that was supposed to be chorizo. if you don't serve your full menu anymore 24 hours like you used to I will not be back, I mean that's one of the things that made this place so good. And the attitude, come on Ralibertos the food isn't that good to where you can piss people off. Big Mama T's burritos on 44th is just like a mile and a half away heading towards Kipling. And they have been pretty darn good lately, the orders are served correctly. and they are friendly to boot (and closer to work). don't know how much longer I will pass other eating establishments at this rate. Get your act together RALIBERTOS your one more strike away from being...
Read moreThe food is amazing, the portions are generous, and the price is exceptionally reasonable. I actually love this place overall. The reason I am giving 3 stars is mostly for two reasons. The lack of attention to detail and the amount of waste. When we come here, we typically order two burritos. We never order two of the same burritos, but sometimes we will end up with two of the same. So, if you say, "can I have two burritos: one that is bacon, egg, and cheese and one that is steak, egg, and cheese", you might get two steak or two bacon. Also, if I ask for an add-on like bacon or sour cream, it will sometimes be put on the wrong burrito or both burritos. As for the waste, you will get styrofoam and plastic everything, no matter if you dine in or out. It's a sad amount of needless waste if you want to dine in with friends. What's worse is you always get two little cups of salsa, which is fine if you like the salsa, but I ask for no salsa every single time I go, at the microphone AND at the window, or at the front counter (dine-in) and I still get the cups of salsa every. single. time. So I have to throw away two full salsa cups, which feels crappy, because I love the sauce that's already on the food and don't want more. It would make more sense if they just asked if you'd like the salsa, like other places do with their dipping sauces. Again, the food is great. If you're not as picky about environmental impact and want a quick bite at 3am, then I would highly recommend this place. I would just recommend bringing your own utensils/straw, etc. and checking your orders...
