Tokyo Joe's - Wheat Ridge — Restaurant in Wheat Ridge

We typically really like this place. Today, I ordered for everyone in the office. 10 meals. Delivered in good time, food nice and hot. We realized one of the meals was not in the bag. When I called, I got the "manager" Xavier. I told him one meal was missing. His response definitely caught me off guard. "We can credit you" Wow, not an I'm sorry, no remorse. I asked "manager" Xavier if he could please send door dash to deliver it to us. He said "I literally just gave you two options, you can pick it up or I can credit it, we are not allowed to call door dash" I asked Xavier if the meal was ready. He said "Yes, I am literally looking at it right here on the counter" You forget to put it in the bag and act like its our fault by the way you were speaking. Maybe "Manager" Xaxier should institute a policy that someone checks the counter to make sure all the meals are put in the bag before the delivery...

Hands down the worst food I have had in a long time. I've never seen pot stickers so flat in my life. Literally flat like a pancake, but most pancakes are thicker than these. Bought two bowls thinking I'd have one for later, but was SOOO disappointed in BOTH. I got the large size and both were 90 percent noodles. I wish that I was exaggerating that, but I am not. I had one chunk of broccoli and a tiny (less than 1/4 cup) amount of other toppings. Seriously pathetic. I will never order from any Tokyo Joes again. I should mention this was takeout. Hopefully the experience is better in person, because I would have taken this to the counter and had them explain their thought process here. Guess since it was delivery they figured they could cheat me out...

I work with adults with developmental disabilities. Our group goes out to eat once a week and last Thursday we stopped in here for lunch. When we walked in I believe the manager happened to be the one that helped up. He was not only extremely kind and patient, he made sure to give us thorough details on our order, he made suggestions, he even helped one of my guys count out a large amount of change for his order, switching smaller coins for larger ones so it was easier for him to count.
