Stella's Place — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

Really bad customer service from a worker named Andrew! Terrible...... I frequent this place and play alot of cash here and i was wanting something to eat at 10 p.m. when he closes at 12:00 a.m. but he told me the kitchen was down n would not make me a tiny pizza knowing I am hungry and told him i have not eaten all day and was hungry for something! He called the cops on me because I asked him to make me something knowing that I dumped alot of cash into the machines there at the establishment he was working at and did not want to make it so he would not have to clean the oven! .. He did not care at all! He stinks from marijuana and cigarettes terribly! Would not make me anything to eat knowing i am a patron of the establishment and was wanting something because i was hungry and I am diabetic.... This is a very very poor run business in my opinion! This employee named Andrew does not know how to run the establishment.. He always has an odor about him..he smells bad.... He is always rude to most of his customers.. He does not know how to ask them if they need something or want something! He does not care about his job! He is only there to make his money for his shift and that is it!!!!! Very very poor customer relations skills whatsover! I play alot of money at stellas place at two locations ... Will not be dumping money into their machines/establishment ANY longer!!!!! Done! The man sitting at the table checking ID’s is Extremely rude! I came in and he asked for my ID, I gladly let him check it, and it seemed like he was having trouble understanding I’m not from here (native Oklahoman with a vertical ID). Stared at my ID uncomfortably long then all the sudden told me it was invalid. My two friends who came in with me, one of them being transgender, was treated with extreme rudeness. The man looked him up and down after he told him he had a valid horizontal ID, and told him “no, it’s okay.” Like what?? Would NEVER recommend this place. I just sent an email to the owner. I had the worst experience with a male employee of the place located in Wheeling. I'm going to wait for the owner's response before posting what happened. I had no choice but to take pictures and a video of the most rude and disrespectful employee I've ever met. This shop doesn't even deserve one star and all because of his disgusting attitude. I hope the owner...
