19th Hole — Restaurant in Wheeling

I was a long time patron here. But an ongoing issue with Chasity which I thought was over caused her to cut me off for no reason (when I got a DUI after leaving here two years ago, they didn't cut me off). It's like Cheers and everyone knows your name but whatever you do don't upset a worker or they and everyone else (including certain regulars) will retaliate. Do yourself a favor and don't come here (just too many 2 faced people and too much drama), there are much better places in Wheeling that will treat a patron properly and are drama free (Pat's Down on Main Street, TJs, Generations, Wheeling Brewing Company, The Alpha, etc.). From other reviews I'm apparently not the only one that got 'cut off' for upsetting staff, being from out of town, etc.) They just lost all my business for good. UPDATE!! Apparently (from what I have been told by fellow patrons) I have been barred for leaving this review. Not that I was going to visit there again anyhow. I've also been accused of leaving multiple posts, I left one on here and one on fb (not 5 as Angie (the owner) accused me of on fb), I have only edited them. It seems to me she twists everything as much as some of her staff and some of her patrons. I just have nothing good to say about the place since all of this, no more, no less. I wish the place luck, seems from the way things are going...

Visiting the area and was looking forward to a "hole in the wall" type bar. Service was quick and friendly. I was happy with what I found until my first drink. Ordered an alcoholic beverage "straight." I know my liquor and I GUARANTEE the alcohol was EXTREMELY diluted. Management should be ashamed. I was so disappointed I didn't order any food. I just paid for the watered-down drink and left. A beer drinker will LOVE this place. It seems like a great place to watch you favorite sports teams... just don't order any beverages containing liquor.

Thank you for the response to my original review above. Like I mentioned before, I know my liquor. What I received was not the result of it being chilled. Chilling is normal and is something that would not have resulted in the beverage I received. I have to stand by what I said in my original review that it was EXTREMELY diluted... much more than what would result from it being chilled. Your establishment seems to be a great place and I wish you continued success. I gave you great reviews for atmosphere and service. Keep up the good work... and when I do come back for that Jameson neat, I'd like to request it come from an unopened bottle. Hope...

Just went in for some food since generations closes their kitchen at 11 & 3 blue moons. Walked up to the bar where this older lady was and ordered my order and gave her my ID. Of course since COVID the DMV is only by appointment keep in mind. My ID was expired ( I made my appointment day after my birthday) they were backed up until July 7th ( day of my appointment) nowhere in this valley has even questioned it. I could’ve even showed my appointment date. But she said “You can’t even be here with an expired ID.
